This attraction was a surprise for me. I knew about this through the hotel staff where I stayed. It is about 01 hour drive from Vapi. Really A well maintained sanctuary with more then 200 deers in it. I would like to Inform the first time visitor's that the timings of the sanctuary are from 09:00 AM in the morning till 11:00 AM & then 03:00 PM in the evening till 06:00 PM. Its is a good fun...

Good jeep safari in jugle of 20 mins which cost only 25rs per person.Timing in evening from 3-6 only.They have only 2 jeeps so sometime waiting is much.There many deers and ducks etc.Must to visit.

Had gone with the family and kids really enjoyed the deer safari. It is a must go place when visit Silavassa.The property well maintained and deers to close to enjoy.

I’ve always imagined the deer as an attractive, gentle animal with beautiful expressive eyes peacefully nibbling at abundant green grass and wagging its tiny tail to keep off the flies. If you want to change this impression of the deer do visit the Deer Park at Khanvel. Most of the animals are under nourished and appear to be starving. One of them had even lost its soft furry coat and was quietly standing in a corner. Neither the animals nor the park is well taken care of. We came out with a depressing feeling and do not ever want to visit this place again.

Must visit place. Its about 30 km from Silvassa.The place is in Khanvel. You can drive or get local cabs to visit this place

You can give it a miss. Is not all that great but definetly better then the lion safari. The wait time was more

We could not see this place as once we arrived at 5:45 and were told that the last bus has gone even though the park is open till 6 pm. On second day we arrived at 4:45 pm but there was a huge queue waiting and they had closed the ticket counter due to the heavy queue already waiting for thier trip. Best time to visit it would be in the morning with less rush and remember that Mondays are closed.

You hate cities, you love nature, need to unwind... A few hours from mumbai in Silvassa is this 'less talked about' Deer park. Best thing, its on the road, even better you can drive in, best.... you can 'touch' & walk amongst the deers, who are plenty in numbers. Amazing experience, been there twice will go whenever possible again. You have a variety of deers, some are shy & well some will be after you, knocking on ur car door to get some food. Must go!

Unlike the Lion safari, here you can be sure to spot deer , sambar & entelop.They have 2 open gypsy & 1 bus which is used to take the tourists around.It takes around half an hour to complete 1 round of the park.The timings are 8 AM to 11 AM & 3PM to 6 PM.Entry fee is Rs.25 per person.Recently , I had been to Kenya for wild life sighting & based on that experience I can easily say that with a little initiative & better planning from the authorities , this can be converted into a major attraction. First & foremost they should provide trained guides & drivers who should be passionate about wild life.They should have more spices of animals.Better facilities for tourists - food stalls, restaurants, clean toilets.WIth these efforts , this place can be a major tourist attraction

A Nice place for those who love the call of wild.Spread across 300 + Hectares, this safari is known to be a habitat for around 250+ deer.for animal lovers. The morning Shift is from 8 am to 11 AM and the evening shift is from 3 PM to 6 PMThey have 2 open Gypsies & 1 Bus. The ride is around 25 min & you get to see various deer/ sambhar/ antelop in their natural habitat. Ticket per person is INR 25.The drivers drive without any passion & seem to be least interested to guide the tourists. They dont even slow down to click photosThe government can do a lot more (just like in other international safaris across the globe) by1. Providing Trained Guides2. Improving the green cover3. Increasing Wild Life4. Having trained N Passionate guides5. Having proper hospitality desksDefinitely worth one time visit

Nice place for animal lovers. There are more than 400 Deers inside 300 Hectors land. There is a jeep ride in jungle for 20 mins just for Rs. 25. You get to see various different types of Deers. Good place to go with family adventure.

Its a great place to visit with kids as it is a first hand experience for them to see these animals.

Its a nice place to visit. A good number of deers are there. The park has a vehicle which take you inside the park for around 15-20 mins trip. They stopped the car in between a flock of deer and we really enjoyed it. Specially for kids, its an amazing experience. I am uploading few pics too.Monday Closed.The park opens at 7am but the tour vehicle normally starts around 8am. Best time to visit is in between 8-10am as a lot of deer and some other animals can be seen in a certain place as it is there feeding time.Entry Fee: 25/- adult, 10/- children and 100/- Camera.

Must see attraction for kids and adults alike. All components of the experience - the open jeep ride , the deers, the location made this a perfect trip. Only word of caution is the waiting time. The deer park is open from morning 7 till 12 and then from 3 to 6 and there are just 2 jeeps to carry around 15 people per trip hence expect a delay of around an hour during holiday seasons. But totally worth the wait. Enjoy the Park ; the kids especially would love it.
