As well known as the Cricklewood corn maze is, every year it continues to delight children and adults alike. We were privileged to have a tour of the orchard and the maze this year, along with a very cool demonstration of how to make butter in a jar. Although it was challenging at times with such a large group and wide range of ages (newborns to grandparents!), the tour guides were very friendly, patient, knowledgeable and helpful. Everyone had a great time, and many stayed to play on the amazing handcrafted swings and straw-bale mountain, take pictures at the silly backdrops, and pick out some luscious fruit and vegetables to take home. Can't wait to do it again next year!

Each year, the Swicky family create a corn maze and even donate a portion of the costs of entering the maze to a local charity. This year, the maze was a lighthouse theme in Cricklewood Farms effort to support the cause to restore the lighthouse. The maze and the surrounding playgrounds is a great way to spend the afternoon with the grandkids.

Was a super fun experience. Went with my husband after hearing about through co-workers. We picked a basket of apples and bought some treats to take home. Apple pie! They have a corn maze but we weren't up for it that day. It was a nice drive out from the city to the country. They have a lot of selections that are available at different times of the year. You can lean a lot about apples. I recommend the scenic drive to Cricklewood Farm.
