Great place to go out. Tuesdays is perfect for a movie. Go out and watch some movies!!!! If only the popcorn and drinks were just a little bit cheaper...

Nice spot to go see a movie. It's clean and not too big. Like every movie theatre.. OVERPRICED junk food but they are all like that. Great location with 3 restaurants in the same parking lot... grab dinner and a movie without moving your car.

We visited the theater with another couple back in August. We had a couple of questions regarding the movies, times, length, changes, etc. However, the theater has gone almost completely automated ticketing. There were no staff available to answer any questions. The theater itself was not cleaned prior to our viewing and had garbage all over the floor. Unfortunately we also believe we lost a piece of jewelry at the theater. While this is not their fault in the least, the phone line was only automated. It said we could leave a msg for the manager and our call would be returned within 24hrs. I called for 3 days without getting a call back. The theater was quite a distance so driving back right away was not an option. When we did go back they would not allow us to search the theater even though there was no showing. I waited 25 min for them to find a manager in the building because no one knew where the lost and found was. When the manager came he didn't even check the lost and found for us, he simply said nothing of the sort was found. He said he would speak with the cleaners and call me the next day. We never heard from the theater again. Their poor service has now cost them any chance that I or my family or anyone I can speak with or influence a chance of us visiting as paying customers.

Recently moved from the T dot and thought I would take the family to the movies. Incredible service! Super friendly and helpful box office staff, and food counter too. Most seemed to be happy abut their jobs and efficient. A really nice example of how a business should operate. Well done!

How hard is it to take an order for popcorn? Apparently for the staff here it's like figuring out a mathematical equation in a physics doctoral thesis. Joking around, gabbing and TAKING forever just shows how little supervision these employees really have. BUT guess that's what happens when people interrupt the employees and ask them to work. PS - How to Train a Dragon 2 is great.

The teens often go see new movies, something to do in town at night and harmless. Monday night at the movies has raised money for the new boardwalk across the street around the lake. I would love to go see one of the Met operas. Fun family outing, we saw all the Harry Potters and the Hobbit, Lion Which & the Wardrobe etc

Galaxy Cinemas Orangeville is good, not much you can praise or criticize. It gets a little crowded on the first day movie releases, and on half day Tuesdays. Use the on line website or Cineplex App to order and print your tickets ahead at home to save you waiting in the line up.Place is always clean, and staff and management friendly and helpful.Popcorn and Drinks as usual is more expensive than the movie!

If you've ever been to a Galaxy Cinema, then you will have a clear idea of what the one in Orangeville is like. Good size screens, a few movies are usually 3D and some selection on movie titles. Usually the blockbusters but not anything particularly artsy. It's a good place to go if you want a night out.
