seaway mall

Seaway mall has a lot more then Niagara Square. It's a good alternative to the Pen Centre where there may be far too many people. Variety in stores for finding what you need, decent food court, decent movie theatre, has almost everything you need.

This was such a good mall at one time but it's getting tired and suffering from businesses that leave.There are no maps anywhere to find places. Even their own customer service is hard to locate. Bathrooms are really hard to find. There are cell phone dealers and resellers everywhere you turn! Food court has the same old same old, nothing special. They now have a Target but who wants to give money to this mega store that, along with Walmart, is killing small business and causing many others in the mall to pack up and leave. There is only one store that I go to now because there are no others like it nearby.My biggest complaint is that the mall owners can't even be bothered to hire a local company to do their own Internet marketing. Not only is the website designed from outside of Niagara, it's outside of CANADA from a Michigan company. Give me a break! This mall advertises "shop local, shop Canadian!" So why can't they?This mall has had it's day.

There is really not much here. I think most people are going to the Pen Centre. It is sad when malls die due to the economy. But if supreme cleanliness and zero crowds is your thing, this is the little mall for you.

Visited her on the way to the Niagara Food Festival. Friendly staff, an easy mall to walk around. Clean.

Some parts of the mall are alright, but the front door area is a mess. It needs a better entrance with a safer drop off area out front. It's o.k. in a pinch, or for those who don't or can't get to the Pen Center or the malls in the U.S.

You will find all of your basic needs here at the Seaway mall.- target, winnes, cinema, sport chek, cinema

I went to see a Movie at Seaway Mall. Wow! Nothing has been Redone in the place.The Chairs are ripped and the floor carpet is dirty.They should redue the hole thing in order to make customers want to go and see a Movie.The Popcorn always smells like they burn it.When I did see a Movie. The guy who takes your Ticket was not very cheerfull to say the least.From now on I will wait till a Movie comes out on DVD.The person who looks after the Cineplex is not doing a good job.That's why you don't see many customers going to the Movies.Seaway Mall sure has changed and nowonder nobody want's to go to the Mall.

This place is starting to get a bit dated and is really being hit hard by the current economic climate. Shame as it used to be great.
