Beautiful to walk with puppy and enjoy the mountains and fresh air ! The trial is clean and scenic ! By the far the nicest place to enjoy nature in bc!
Bird lovers paradise. Wildlife everywhere and amazing view of mountains. Can walk (or run) for miles.
Nice place to walk with the family and pet. Friendly people. Just lots of open space that is pretty easy to walk and kept up well.
Love going here all year long for birdwatching. The trails are clean and well, kept and easy to walk.Besides birds, you can see Otter, Beavers, Coyote and sometimes bears.
If you have time to visit this park it is a goo idea to do it. It connectos to downtown Port Coquitlam and it is a nice walk
We took the kids for a long walk after a nice lunch. Very nice park kids play around with other kids we felt like home
Excellent walking and biking trails Lots of coyotes, herons, hawks and numerous other birds. Bird watchers are fond of this park and come from outside the tri-cities to view the birds. The PoCo Trail goes through the center of the park.
The front desk recoomend this park for a walk with the kids. We have a very good time. the weather was ok it was not that cold
This is a wonderful place to walk and enjoy nature just a few minutes from the city. There are many species of bird here. We see herons and hawks every time we're there. There is a pond at the north end where waterfowl gather. A very nice place to spend an hour or two.
A great stop. Many trails. Perfect for dog walkers...bicycle enthusiasts...or a place to sit on one of many benches and bird watch.
a lovely walk or bike trail - graded gravel or pavement if you do the whole colony farms. have porta potties at certain locations very handy
Great flat walk along the dikes in Colony farm. No problem for families with young kids. Bring your bikes if you want, as it it is a a wide gravel path. Lots to look at and many different types of birds to spot. My only caution is to lock your valuables in your trunk (or take them with you) as lots of cars have been broken into in the parking lot closest to Lougheed Hwy. You can also park closer to the river if you follow the road in.
