Our hotel included free passes to the Aqua club, so we ended up going here everyday of our vacation. Our 12-year-old son loved this facility: the rope swing, the jumping cliff, the basketball hoop, he had so much fun! My husband and I thought the water was very cold, and the " hot-tub" was tepid, at best. Usually, it was not too crowed, even on the weekend days. Overall, the cleanliness was okay, I would suggest they warm up all of the water, and if they had an indoor snack bar with adult beverages, it would be even better!!
For 20 CAD i would have expected at least proper facilities. And cleanliness. But both water and floors are just not living up to standards in this regard. The water in the pools was way too cold for european kids.In spite of contrary information on the website, thewhirlpools were full of playing kids so you could hardly visit them, not to speak about enjoying a quiet moment.Overall, disappointing experience.
The pool had a tarzan rope and 7 foot cliff diving spot which my son loved. It was a little crowded after skiing because of what looked like local school groups. Its also smaller than some of the other indoor water parks we've been to.
The indoor hottub was not hot, even our kids said it was cold. The outdoor hottub wasn't so hot either. If it had a sauna in addition to the steam room, it would have been much better.
Kids are entertained for several hours in this fun heated pool environment. A little boring for the adults (and they make you pay) but definitely entertaining for the kids.
You can get the family special 2 adults and 2 children for about 60$ which is a great deal..check them out, the kids love it there. There's a jacuzzi for the adults outside.
My daughter and I availed ourselves of the gym facilities (3 hrs $15) - a bit small but well laid out (good selection of free weights, machines, cardio machines and a C2 rower) - for badly needed workouts while my son and his GF relaxed in the hot tub.A nice retreat in the middle of a ski resort.
While our older children hit the slopes, my husband and I took our 8 and 3 year old grandsons to the AquaClub. What a great way to spend a cold winter afternoon. We were there for two hours and could have easily stayed longer. There are complimentary life jackets which was used by the 3 year old and lots of activities for both ages. The water was warm enough even for the older folks. The front desk staff were very friendly and we were provided with a towel and locker. Our 8 year old was a huge fan of the rope swing.Perfect activity in the centre of the village.
Inside needs repair, somewhere peeling paint. Unfriendly staff, indoor pool is not deep, is more suitable for children and there are many childrens there, but pool is cold, I was in winter time and I froze rather quickly. Indoor hot tub is just warm, not hot and childrens was jumping and playing in ball. According to the rules children acces is forbidden to hot tubs, but nobody follows the rules and workers do not follow these. Outdoor hot tub is very hot. Steam bath was not working and was closed ! it only makes sense to visit with children or if you also want to visit gym inside this aqua club.
On a rainy vacation day, we decided to go. We were 2 adults, 3 kids and 2 seniors. The indoor and outdoor pool provided hours of fun for all of us. Even 15 month old twins were having the greatest time. The staff is very friendly helpful and the spa is spotless.
Mid-Village location of outdoor hot tub. Was able to see skiers go by on their way off hill, also young students running outside from their hotel to the Aqua Club in just their bathing suits. Inside facility has hot tub for family, pools, steam room and sauna. You get towel and lock with fee, that is good for 3 hours. There is a small boutique that sells decent bathing suits if you need to pick one up. Showers have liquid soap. Outside hot tub for 18 and over, so quieter, which is where my friend and I spent our time. View is mostly surrounding hotels and you can see the village open-air gondola lift going by that stops at 5 pm. Good place to meet and talk to visiting skiers from out-of-town.
I was very surprised to read the disparaging reviews of Aquaclub. We just stayed in Mt Tremblant during a very busy vacation time and went to Aquaclub 4 times in one week. The kids (and us, their parents) loved it! We found the water clean and warm, the staff very pleasant and accommodating - no problem with extra towels. The changing room was a basic no frills locker room but absolutely fine, clean and warm. The best part was the pool itself, a jumping wall, terrific rope swing, slides, in pool jacuzzi, kiddie slide, plenty of toys to go around and no sharing issues at ll, nice flow to avoid crowds gathering, and loud fun music. And adults can watch it all from the side while enjoying the huge hot tub. We never once felt it was too crowded. The amount of people does change quite a bit over the course of a few hours but there is plenty of space and plenty to do. All four times were great experiences for our family!
I'm surprised there are bad reviews about this place! We went 2 weeks after spring break, so it was very quiet - probably about 12 people in the whole area. It was nice, warm, and clean, and the staff were friendly. The family changeroom was warm, and again very clean. The smallest pool was perfect for my older kids (2 and 4) to play in themselves, and both liked being dragged around in the deep pool, but we all loved the indoor hot tub - not too hot!We liked that we could bring our own snacks in - we easily convinced the kids to take a break and ate at the tables and chairs off to one side, and then jumped back in. For three hours, it was a great time and a great value.
We visited on a non peak week. Our Kids loved this place after a day if skiing. Great Tarzan rope and fun slides. 3 to 18 year olds will have a blast. Daddy liked the hot tubs.
We went march break so yes it was busy. The entry fee was included in our hotel stay. The change room simply cannot accomodate that many people. It was really small with 2 small locker nooks..with moms and young children and baby stroller there simply was no room to manoeuvre in there.I would only ever go back if i knew there were not many people.
