The Inverell visitors information is run by a group of very talented young people who have an excellent knowledge of the town and surrounding district.

Anne was very helpful, understood exactly what we wanted, informative and friendly staff. Great displays of local area produce.

In a beautiful setting by the river, large but quiet and packed with interesting local stuff to purchase such as wine and gems.

We went looking for place to stay & for some Fossicking information in regards to rules regulations site. Both requested easily fulfilled There is also a gem cutter & cafe Thank you

Staff were very helpful. The building provides lots of items on display from the district.Parking is not a problem

Wonderful gifts, great assistance and a coffee shop in the same building, lovely gift shops also nearby.

No interest by staff, busy with other things. Plenty of brochures but many of the places we ended up visiting were closed or extremely hard to find.

We found the staff at the centre to be very helpful and full of ideas for keeping us entertained on our visit to Inverell.

Great range of exhibits and information plus local goods to buy. We spent quite a lot on local produce and souvenirs. Well-presented.

Hi,My partner and I were traveling to Inverell for a wedding and on the same weekend there was a local event and it seemed that all of the accommodation was already booked. I contacted the Visitor information centre and spoke to Ann who contacted all the local accommodation in the area and booked a room on our behalf within 24hrs. I was overwhelmed with there level of service and prompt action and highly recommend anyone visiting the area to contact the centre for local information and advice.Thankyou.

Staff wentbout of their way finding accommodation. Great display of local jewellery and lapidary. Easy to find and park.

Great staff, friendly and helpful. Told us where to fossick and also interesting places to visit. Adjoining is the Riverside Restaurant where you can get a coffee or a meal. Dont forget to visit the gem shop here and chat to Rhonda who is full of interesting facts and advice

I was on holiday in Inverell having spent a lot of time in this beautiful country town. I wanted gifts for my family in the UK and this place had EVERYTHING I wanted and some bits for myself too that I didn't expect to buy! Sapphires, gems, stubby holders, t-shirts you name it. The ladies are friendly and full of advise on the local area and have lots of free leaflets/maps on questions asked and places to visit

This was an amazing place to visit, very interesting and educational. The staff were very friendly and happy to help. Set in lovely grounds
