六月的一个周末,我女朋友过生日的时候我在塔隆加西部平原动物园给她订了一次Roar & Snore露营。如果有谁想体验一下这种经历的话一定要来这儿!晚上听着合趾猴和其它动物的叫声入睡,这种经历简直太棒了。晚上我们绕着动物园逛了一圈,一路上我们看到了白色和黑色的犀牛,喂了长颈鹿,还看到一头河马慢悠悠地吃着一捆草。我觉得唯一的一点不足就是动物园里面的标示没有给人们提供足够的关于动物园里面饲养的动物的信息。比如说它们吃多少,吃什么,有什么生活习性等等……除此以外,我们在动物园里玩儿的非常开心。还有一点就是如果你冬天来的话不要忘记带上毛毯!

我们非常喜欢动物园,所以来这里参观。这次游玩非常愉快,我们看到了很多动物。我高兴地看见了大型河马和犀牛,之前从没看过。老虎也非常棒,已经喂饱,并且在爬一根柱子。我不建议大家坐出租车或骑自行车来这里,最好自己开车,大门口就有停车场,停车很方便。

如果你在多宝区域(Dubbo region),一定要去悉尼西部平原动物园(Taronga Western Plains Zoo)看看。在展览区间,可以开车,骑车或走路,规划很好呢。给动物喂吃的或者交流,要排队喔,一个一个来。就算动物被关起来,也能看得很清楚。买了门票可以玩两天喔,尽量多花点时间在动物园,别那么赶。有很多地儿可以吃野餐,在动物展馆间非常放松的享受。员工知道很多,非常专业,会很高兴回答你任何问题。很棒的一天,当然要推荐!

去玩的那天正好赶上下雨,虽然不是很大,但来动物园里玩的人变少了。那一天大概只有100多名游客(这是同我讲话的一名工作人员告诉我的。因为人很少,所以看动物时一点也不受阻碍。又因为下了雨(两个月以来的第一场雨)之后天气凉快了一些,所以动物门都出来走动了。因为没有人跑过来抢拍,所以我们拍了一些很不错的照片。事实上,我们在里面呆了七个小时,转了三圈,我们真的是物有所值了。

这个动物园一直在进步,很适合步行、坐车甚至是开车逛一逛。动物有趣,但是如果能多些人与动物的互动就更好了。我唯一的失望是书店里卖的书,有许多小孩子看的书,但是没有参考书。另外,你可以在这里野餐,这里有许多很棒的地方可以逗留。

It was fantastic. Lots of different options for getting around. Information was great when feeding times were so you could see the animals. An experience I would recommend while in Dubbo.
