Big thanks to all the great staff at the centre,especially Lisa.She was so helpful,always willing to put herself out to benefit visitors and has a amazing knowledge of the whole area.

Very helpful lady who was knowledgeable about the area but, as we had gone there for gifts, we were most disappointed at the poor selection.

Very good staff who went out of their way to help us find the the right activities for us over the xmas period

The staff were very knowledgable about the local area. Very friendly. Also knew the availability of the tours and what each of them were like.

Brand new information centre with Library attached (free wifi and computers). Staff were really friendly and helpful.

The information centre is well layed out. Good selection of places and activities. Not very much in the way of souvenirs. There is a privately owned one near the Caltex servo.

We wanted information about trips out to Lady Musgrave Island. Not only were we given the advice we required, the very helpful volunteer, rang the booking office for us to make our reservation.

Suggest you visit the Agnes Water information Centre on arrival into this are and pick up all the brochures explaining what is available as there is heaps to see and do.

Very helpful Ambassadors here, with a wealth of local knowledge and a true love of the region. Many have travelled extensively too and so can give great recommendations for further afield!

Friendly lady made us feel welcome and pointed us in the right direction. We got a free map of the area and some instructions which put us on the right foot right away. The centre is clean and modern and has all the information that you could need.

Not only they were nice and helpful but also knowing that we are looking for pet friendly places they suggested walks, eating places, local attractions where we could go together. I was very happy

I wanted to stop by but couldn't seem to find where to park. It seemed to be part of a Council complex. Maybe visitors need to park amongst council vehicles. Confusing.

This place catered well for all adventures. Plenty of ample parking and if you have a big rig, go to the top carpark, more than enough room to swing your rig around.

As we entered the visitors centre , a lovely lady was so helpful , recommending great activities of the area. She was very knowledgable and pleasant , she answered our questions easily.Makes a difference when people are friendly.

Arrived in town low on LPG gas for the car. With no LPG gas close by they still got me to the nearest filling station 40 mins away and called to check I made it ok. Thank you!
