Amazing experience, Was very nervous to begin but when you jump its so exhilarating! Do get your jump filmed as you will still be watching it in years to come! I jumped on the 09/01/2002 and still remember how amazing it was to fly over the sea and land on the beach,

I was backpacking around Australia and come across to Mission beach, as everyone had recommended that it has the highest Skydive in Oz, so we booked it up, turns out to be the best thing we have ever done, the whole day was perfect, and all I wanted to do when I hit the beach, was go straight back up. The Staff were great and made us feel every safe! And after an added bonus is that they cooked us a BBQ. A+++++Get Involved.

I absolutely loved doing my skydive. I was a little nervous as you might expect but everyone was so relaxed and professional that I was instantly calmed. The bloke I jumped with, Dan was great! I hear that if you come down from Cairns there's a fair bit of waiting around but we drove ourselves to Mission Beach and there was none of that. Do it, you wont regret it!

Me and my friend did our skydive on the 13th September. It was an absolutely amazing experience but I just think it would have been that much better if the diving instructors were more enthusiastic. I understand that some of them do this 10 times a day but we paid a lot of money for someone to seem not that interested. Nevertheless Mission Beach was a beautiful place to do this and was lovely to land on the beach rather than other dives like in Cairns that land in fields.

I can honestly say it was the best experience of my life, would defo do another one in a heartbeat... The lads were so professional and friendly...made us feel at ease even doe I was jumping out of a plane!!:-) haha☀️

I enjoyed the skydiving- the weather was perfect. And the views amazing :) The staff were knowledgeable and helpful... Just be mindful that the time you are given is not the time of your actual jump- it's time for paperwork. I was told to be there @ 12, which I did. I filled out the paperwork & then had close to an hour and a half before my jump. It takes some time at the end as well for videos & photos to be completed & given to you.

Best place in Australia to skydive. Can literally see the fish in the water as you float down.Great experience all round.

Ill start by why I have given it a 4/5 - we arrived well in advance for our jump which was at 11am. We waited around until then, went to 'check in' and was told our jump was at 7ish this morning. We had the confirmation e-mail on us stating we were right, but we spent agies trying to sort it out as the staff were so dippy! They were more interested showing each other their tattoos that helping us with the situation. We didn't get on a plane until 4pm! We were traveling on a tight schedule and had a 6hr drive to Airlie Beach after. We didnt arrive until midnight that day so that annoyed us! We were praying that the admin staff were not the ones taking us up for the jump as they couldn't deal with basic customer service let alone look after some one whilst jumping out of a plane . But luckily not, they guys who did take us up were brilliant! They did a great job in getting us hyped up ready for the jump. We were all so excited by the time the door opened in the plane Myself and my girlfriend had every confidence in our jump partner. And what an experience it was!! This is a must do if you are traveling the east coast of Australia.I had my own GoPro that I asked to use but they just baffled me with a load of rubbish to why I had to use their GoPro. So an expensive $150 later I had some footage.. And don't bother spending the extra $30 for photos on top as they are pointless. Just print screen the video footage.You can't guarantee the quality of the video you will get. I was very happy with mine but my girlfriends is very bad. But it's a once in a life time experience so capturing it is a must!Another tick in the box! Thanks for a memorable experience!

Did my first skydive with the team at Mission Beach and it will not be the last! Thanks for helping me develop an expensive new hobby! The views were incredible and there is nothing like the experience of free-fall. Still get a rush thinking about it! The handicam photos are super expensive (and not amazing quality) but the jump is over so quickly that it is nice to have a permanent reminder of it/how completely ridiculous you look. My tandem partner (Brett) was friendly and professional, chatting to me throughout the jump and putting me completely at ease. Would totally recommend.

My first skydive was a 60th birthday present from my partner and family. The reception at check-in was warm and welcoming, like I was a regular. Waiting for my instructor, Jimmy, I chatted to others waiting for or returning from a jump. Everyone was very friendly. Jimmy ran me through the drill and we were off to the plane with six others. His professional manner and confidence helped me enjoy the climb, although as the others exited I my heartbeat maxed out. After a few seconds of free fall my emotion turned from high stress to exhilaration and a feeling of ‘Yes, I did it!!!’ I was so focused on the vista that it was a surprise when the harness suddenly tightened as the canopy deployed. The gentlest of beach landings and it was all over too soon. Highly recommended.

I have always wanted to a skydive and everybody I have met on my travels said do it at Mission Beach. You will not be disappointed. We jumped at 9:30am and the instructors were great and at no point did I feel uneasy about their ability. Jumping from 14000ft and free falling for a minute was amazing, you will never get a rush like it. Once the Shute is deployed you get beautiful views of the Great Barrier Reef and Northern Queensland and the lovely tropical environment.The facilities on the ground are great, they pick up and drop off at hostels and the staff are really friendly.If you are on the Oz Experience take along your wrist band as you can get a free t-shirt.I would 100% recommend anyone to do a skydive but only in Mission Beach.

I went to Australia with the intention of doing a sky dive, never did I imagine I would do it with views of the Great Barrier Reef and land on a beautiful beach.It was the best hing I have ever done in my life, the team are great and make you feel safe and relaxed. I wasn't nervous at all but if you are they will look after you and explain everything. Jump the beach is the best ever!

This was my first skydive and it was amazing, the views are awesome and landing on the beach is great. My only criticism is that with the handicap video that I purchased, the instructor barely spoke to me during the dive and parachute descent so there is hardly any footage of me looking at the camera versus my friends video. In addition her guide pointed out the reef and other sights which my guide did not. It would have been nice to have had a little more interaction.

I did my first skydive here and I was terrified. The instructor was extremely nice and kept me distracted. Had an amazing time and they really know whta theyre doing. The views were spectacular. Just a little disappointed after paying so much for the dvd there was no music on it, so its just a loud crackling noise.
