My partner, Lou and I visited the Info Centre on New Year's day. Kiki and Margaret at the Info Desk were absolutely warm, friendly and helpful. Great service by 2 wonderful volunteers. The Centre had many lovely souvenirs and informative material.
Thank you for taking the time to review the Greater Shepparton Visitor Centre, we appreciate your feedback and are happy to hear you had good reception when you came in. The staff and volunteers work very hard to ensure their knowledge of the area is upto date and love welcoming people and telling them about the area.In regards to the street direction and parking, it would be helpful for us to know which direction you were travelling from – it is of course concerning to us if you found our directional signage confusing and we would like to improve this if we can. Signage has recently been put in with the centre reopening in a new location last year. Along with directional signage, several caravan and long parking bays and many free car parks are located directly outside the Centre in Nixon Street. There is also a large free car park across from Queens Gardens on Welsford Street. We might add that we are eagerly awaiting changes to the intersection of Welsford and Nixon Street (due in 2014/15) which will provide further options for accessing the Centre from the west. Please contact a staff member on 0358 329 333 or email info@discovershepparton.com.au to discuss further. We look forward to hearing from you and hopefully improving the experience of future visitors.Happy travels and Warm Regards, the Visitor Centre Staff and Volunteers.’
Thank you for taking the time to review the Greater Shepparton Visitor Centre. The nature of Moooving Art is that the cows constantly move around, changing location and attending different events (and from time to time getting put ‘Out to Pasture’ having a paint touch up) thus when a staff member or volunteer get and enquiry about the location of particular cows they will always investigate it’s exact location to ensure accurate information is given out. We are sorry in this instance that this did not occur for you. Warm RegardsThe Greater Shepparton Visitor Centre Staff
Great to walk around the track was very easy and provided options between beeing nearer the water or not. The options of fishing boating also looked good
I went into the Shepparton Visitor Information Centre to gather some written matter. The staff in there were very nice and helpful. One lady even lent me the reading glasses off her head as I had left mine at home and was having trouble reading some information. There is a large array of brochures available to anyone wanting information on the Goulburn Valley.
Helpful staff, useful suggestions and plenty of resources. Made our visit much easier. Go to the information centre when you arrive!

The ladies in attendance were the most cheerful and helpful people we have come across in a while. They were able to answer all our questions and certainly know the Shepparton area well.
Beautifully presented Centre with a lot of helpful information and very friendly helpful people. Great place to find out about Shepparton.
I arrived in Shepparton to visit my daughter who has recently moved into the area. I felt i needed to get a feel for the area and what it had to offer me during my stay. I decided to pay a visit to the vistor centre, I was greated by Shane on the front desk. He has to be one of the most helpful people i have come across. He could not do enough to help us out and chatted through all the things that were going on in the area. Well situated next to the lake and the caravan park, i would say its a must visit destination to make the most of your holidays!
Very friendly staff who pointed out many attractions and extra activities around for Easter, worth a drop by.
