Captain MorganPirate ship is an exeptional option along the Malecon Simon Bolivard it offers an 1 and a half hour of cruising around the bay area with a spectacular view of the city of Guayaquil as well as the historical city.on board alcoholic beverage as well as a variety of other drinks are avaible including snacks, the music make dancing an option. Also makes for great foto shots.

If you are planning on taking this tour in the early evening (sundown), make sure you apply plenty of bug spray. I was almost eaten alive - especially my feet as I was wearing sandles! A mother with an infant in her arms was waving a small towel the entire trip to keep the baby from being bitten. Unfortunately, this did take away from any enjoyment of the trip itself.

My son and I took the 6 p.m. sailing. This was nice as there was still enough light for some good photos at the beginning and by the end we were able to enjoy seeing the city lights at night. The trip was only about an hour but a good bargain at $7 each. We went on Saturday night and the boat was very crowded.

It is a nice boat ride with amazing views of the city. We took the pirate ship at night which was even nicer I think. I do not recommend taking the night ride from january to april because of the chances of rain.you will be able to see Guayaquil from the river. Don't forget your camera.

This novelty pirate ship ride, which offers food and drinks too, takes you up and down the river, offering great views of both sides of the river Guayas. A good way to start the evening, especially if you can get on the ride around sunset.

This place was open bar! we had a blast, the city view was great and the drink were quite decent! I recomment it

We had a great time with a group of 12 on this ship. I was hoping they dressed up as pirates and put on a show but they don't. Breeze feels great on the ship and the food good too! We had a wonderful time.

The tour is a lot of fun and the guide is quite entertaining. Easy to spend the 2 hours relaxing and have a lot of laughter with friends and family

Captain Morgan's Pirate Ship is an interesting way to experience the Guayas River to say the least. It's best to go at night and it's best to go with a group of friends who can make a good time out of little. It's open bar with watered down cocktails and cheap beer. A small dance floor in the 'cabin' can either be barren or too packed. It's certainly not a must-see but if you're travelling with friends and want a quick 2 hour party this could be an interesting option.

Located on the Malecon 2000, this is a replica of the Henry Morgan pirate ship that takes you out on the river for a 2 hour cruise. It's a neat way to see the city from another perspective. If you go, take the cruise just before the sun sets. It will be cooler and you will see the beautiful colors of the sunset, as well as the city lights coming on in the dusk. You can buy drinks on board. Relatively cheap, if I recall, at about $10 per person. They don't appear to have a website, so ask at your hotel.

En un paseo con mi mejor amigo que llegó desde Puerto Rico decidimos emprender la aventura marina. Desde que llegamos un fuerte olor a suciedad invadió el ambiente. El barco despegó del puerto aproximadamente 40 minutos después que se suponía tenia que hacerlo con una música escandalosa. Los bartenders apestaban a trago y servian licores de pésima calidad. Mi amigo se mareo y pasó vomitando todo el trayecto. Los baños sucios...

El paseo por el río de una hora es simpático, puedes ver el muelle, los lugares que se encuentran alrededor. No lo califico como muy bueno ni excelente, porque el que maneja la embarcación es malcriado, estabamos parados observando cerca a uno de los lados laterales, no imaginábamos que el tipo necesitaba tener esa área despejada y pegó un grito grosero para que nos moviéramos. Salvo por ello, todo bien.

O barco funciona como um restaurante, porem nao possui menu para q possa escolher com calma e ver os preços. O passeio é legal, porém eu acho que poderia ter alguem falando sobre o rio guayas e a historia do lugar. Esse mesmo passeio também pode ser feito de lancha.
