Miniuni park located near to the Exhibition Černá louka at the theater Antonin Dvorak. Inside the building you can see the models of ships and several church. Outside, we see the mini models of world famous building. Very interesting places for family with children. Children von with deck games and we take the battle to conquer the castle.
It is not worth visiting it, given that the park is rather small and there's not much to do inside..
This is a nice place to visit during summer, might be. To have a rest, may be, children to play, but it is not worth going there expecting a museum or attraction. The buildings are old, mainly not kept in the bst condition, the same for their surroundings, water was all bad, green, horrible. There was nothing eye cathing or nothing one cannot see in a book. The only nice was the exhibition of ship models inside. Do not bother spending time to find it, to park and see.
Not bad as an attraction for children but otherwise not too interesting regarding the entrance fee. Nevertheless this place worth visiting but probably not too often.
Its pretty hidden so even if we are almost locals we have a problems to find it. But after that we were surprised inside there is a ship models museum containts most important ships in world history ( Aurora, Titanic, Santa Anna, James Cook ship etc. ) with english / czech text about them. Outside you will find nice park full of world famous buildings miniatures . Also with text about them. There is snack shop / restourant inside , toilets and some benches when you can rest .
We stopped at this place so our children could get their tourist badges (Turistické známky) from this location, since it is listed as having one. I have to say this place was disappointing. It appears old and run down, and simply past its prime. A number of the models appear to have been around for years, if not decades. Even though there are ramps in certain locations, this place is definitely not wheelchair friendly. When we went there we were the only people visiting. Finding the place is difficult, if not being able to find the closest parking lot near it. If you collect Tourist Badges (Turistické známky) in the Czech Republic, then make a trip to get yours from this location, otherwise don't bother. Your kid can do better with a box of Legos at home, I know mine can.
nice place next to city center, lots of ministures of historical buildings and place of all the world
The museum consists two parts: the first is in the biulding and sometimes changes; last time I've seen there maquetes of some churches and ships.More interesting part is outside: many european buildings with the same scale (nice to compare) and historical 7 wonders of the world. Enjoy!
Great place, esp. for children to get to know more about famous bbuildings! More than 30 models of significant buildings of European cities with all their details in a scale of 1:25 in an area of 1.5 ha. The focal point of interest is the 12 m high Eiffel Tower. A unique collection of models of the ancient "Seven Wonders of the World". The complex is complete with a functioning system of railway lines with trains, an airport and a waterway with a park!
