We stopped here for lunch and to sample the many different brews they have in house. We were not disappointed!
Great Foot, Fun Atmosphere. They were able to accomodate our large group. We had a great time with our party of 18!!
The PBC has a nice variety of food. My husband loves the pot pie. I like the wraps and the enchiladas. Their sandwiches are very good too. I almost forgot my favorite thing, the bread pudding. Friendly staff. My son-in-law who does beer reviews for the Houston Beer Review says he really enjoyed their beers. My husband who normally only drinks Bud Light even found a beer he likes. I like their margaritas. This is a very nice bar and restaurant centrally located in downtown Prescott. It is in a small mall area. A fun day is to visit the mall and then eat at the PBC.
Prescott is beautiful, decided to have a quick appetizer and nice glass of wine. Very much enjoyed the outside sitting area, our appetizers came out beautiful as well as pleasing to the palate. Defiantly come back
went for happy hour so had some of their beer and a Javelina special (turkey sandwich) which was very tasty. Was a good place and seemed popular.
I've spent some time in Prescott as I owned property there. This pub is in the middle of historic downtown Prescott and you owe it to yourself to visit this city. Americana might be another name for this area. The pub was good, the city was great. One thing I really appreciated was the foresight of the governing authority. There is no McDonalds in the historic area, no chains of any kind. Of course they are available within a short distance but not within the historic area. It was a pleasure to visit such a city and not be enveloped with pizza joints and fast food chains.Anyone who wants to witness the old west owes it to themselves to visit Prescott, AZ.
This is pub food. Over battered fries and fish. But...it is across from court house so location is good. Chili was spicy and good but served in a bread bowl w a very poor tasting side salad. Companions had and enjoyed brisket and pulled pork sandwich es that were very good. Shrimp plate, well batter up. Friendly server and that was a plus. Again, lots of places in Prescott to drive and get better food.
We recently are at PBC on a busy Saturday night in June. Be prepared for a packed house during the weekends (reservations not accepted on weekends) as we tried to go Friday but the wait was 30 minutes. The beer was excellent I recommend the liquid amber, but others sampled the chocolypse, wheat, IPA, and Boch of Ages and were all excellent. I had the grilled chicken wrap which was good but nothing special, fish and chips were very good (1/2 order is still huge), Mac and cheese was rich and filling, the only dud was a turkey burger which was overseasoned and lacking the honey mustard flavor which was advertised. Service was average and the restaurant itself is quite large and suitable for children.
We're from Ohio and vacationing in Arizona. We stopped in for supper and enjoyed the burgers and the beer. The place was hopping busy for a Thursday night and that added to the fun. Our waiter was great and knowledgeable about their selection of beers.
I have been going here since it opened. This is a great little restaurant with a perfect location - downtown Prescott. The food is always good and the atmosphere is always fun. It can get a little loud sometimes, but it is still a great atmosphere.
The Brewing Company has been around since the mid-90s and is consistently satisfying as a dining experience. Their food is reasonably priced and they have REALLY good "Pub Bites" at $4.99 all day long....lunch size portions. Their beer is excellent.
We don't drink beer, so I can't comment on that, but the food, service and prices are all very good.
completely average....not one thing special about except that it is beautiful downtown Prescott. Staff are very nice.
To be fair, I can say two facts. One, I do not drink beer but my husband does and he likes the beer. Two, we have not been here to eat for over 10 month's because the food (and sometimes service) was just ho-hum. It is a big tourist attraction and these places find a niche in the touristy type towns and so has this one.
This place is in the perfect location in downtown Prescott and has a great tavern atmosphere. I loved having the beer flight and trying all of their great beers (my go-to is the Ponderosa IPA and the boyfriend loves the Willow Wheat, Achocolypse is also a must try!). Their wings are also phenomenal (I am partial to the second level spicy- hot but not mouth blazing) and Wednesday is pitcher and pizza night which is a great deal. Anyone visiting Prescott should definitely check this place out!
