The caretakers of this tranquil area have done anexceptional job of reclaiming and perserving this space. It has been used by school and church groups as well as individuals and families from both within and out of our community.

I went here several times while visiting my inlaws in Hillsboro and it is a wonderful experience every time. So many flowers, butterfly, birds. Can't wait to go there again. The creek is real fun for the kids.

We have been here a couple of times. The first was just my husband and myself. It is very peaceful. We were entertained by the abundance of Hummingbirds flickering from one feeder to the next. It is a place you could just sit and enjoy the quiet. The next visit we took our granddaughter and family. We walked the trails and stopped at each sign to read about the various vegetation in the area. It was very educational and a great change for the kids as they live in St. Louis. We would recommend this as a stopping place for nature lovers and bird watchers.
