ware! Go somewhere else!Since I bought a home in this park in 2012 things have changed considerably. Everything will be fine until you start to sell your property. Then the things come into play that you were not told of when you were the buyer. The fine print that we all neglect to read.This park charges a FEE to sell you own property... Property that you supposedly own.This park demanded that I FORGE a document, YES FORGE, stating that I sold my property for $30,000, even though I actually sold it for $22,000, and held MY money from the sale hostage until I did. I did not rceive money at the closing, as with normal and legitimate real estate deals, but did not see a dime for a month.I was lied to from the start. Told that I didn't need to come back to Florida for the closing, as I had moved to Texas, and everything could be done by "docusign".Like a fool, I believed that.The result was NOT receiving a check at the closing table, as with every other sale I have been apart of, but waiting nearly one month for the funds to finally be sent to me, after numerous complaints, and yes...Threats of legal action and bringing in the media.There are A LOT of mobile home parks in the area of Pinellas County, and do yourself a favor...Find and purchase from one of those.Palm Hill Country Club will screw you around, and you will regret purchasing a property there.If you need proof of this, just let me know because I have all of the documents to validate. I am filing a civil law suit over the incompetence and deceivery over this transaction and the real estate company that handled it.If you are in the market for a home in Pinellas County, think twice before using Select Real Estate. My only experience is with Patricia Long. She is a liar, and will tell you anything to stall you. If you text her with direct questions that she can't anwer honestly because it will expose or look bad on her, she will simply not respond to you at all.Stay away from boith of these businesses and you will be glad that you did.

We have been at Palm Hill for 8 years, alternating between FL and PA, and have enjoyed every monent there. Very nice people, close to everything and the beach. Wouldn't change location for anyplace in Largo.

Like one big family watching out for each other. More activities that anyone could possibly do. A great golf course with very challenging sand traps. Fun to play. Pools, shuffleboard, tennis courts. bocci courts, and 2 clubhouses for activities.
