My appointment was for 1:00. They overbooked and everyone was able to board 2-3 hours late. They dont provide a Dive suit in freezing altitudes, they run the business out of a large shed, and they only use one tiny plane which slows the process. The instructors were great and experienced, but the management didnt seem to know which way was up. I had to wait an additional 2 and a half hours to get the dvd created of our skydive after they messed it up the first time. Try skydive deland. More $$ , but a much better experience.

I bought a groupon and went on a very busy Sunday. Our original scheduled time was 2pm but they were two to 3 hours behind schedule from the fog in the morning. That being said, we waited and watched other people go and we went around 5pm and honestly the sunset jump was the best. The instructors were so personable and very easy going. It was my first jump and I upgraded to 14k feet for $35 and it was worth it. A full minute of free fall! Im glad I wore comfortable clothes though since they don't have suits or anything for you to wear. THe harness is snuggggg but of course it has to be and if personal space is a must for you then tandem skydiving isn't something you should try. The value and experience was phenomenal and I would totally recommend them!

Had a great time, once in a life time opportunity, Instructors were amazing and friendly, Video was awesome!!!!!!!! Id suggest wearing something warm because it is pretty cold up there for a T shirt!

Pro: skydivers were extremely friendly. Cons: They offer to increase your altitude for extra $$, but everyone in the plane jumped at the same spot, so thats clearly a scam. 75$ for the video is a touch steep too. The secretary was very unhelpful. you had to ask her for instructions on what to do next every time

Bought a groupon deal and went in a group of 8. Instructors were really friendly! However, do note that you're gonna be jumping out of the plane wearing whatever you wore there--no attire or shoes would be provided.Great video and photographs for memory's sake. We even got to choose 3 songs for the video.

My group was ready to go to Skydive Orlanpa when we got a call from Skydive Orlanpa to not come as the wind was strong (note, we got this call right when we were about to drive over). I was then told to call back every 30 minutes…and so I did as my group was driving from Orlando to Plant City. I got Skydive Orlanpa's voicemail 4 times. By the time we were supposed to fly, we were still in Orlando. Apparently, Skydive Orlanpa had been taking people up during that time. No one had called us to tell us they were flying. Once we finally got a hold of Skydive Orlanpa, they grounded the planes once more.By this time, my group was quite peeved with the lack of customer service from Skydive Orlanpa, and so we decided to call LivingSocial to get our money back as we were not able to use our passes (none of us live in Florida). LivingSocial will not refund money after 7 days of purchase, and will only give credit. THIS IS NOT IN THE FINE PRINT on your voucher, BUT IS ON THE REFUND POLICY THAT THEY LIST IN A WEBLNK. With LivingSocial NOT understanding our predicament that we could not get a hold of anyone for 2+ hours at Skydive Orlanpa, and LivingSocial not refunding money, I discourage you from using both services in this matter- frankly, it seems to be too much of a scam and a hassle.

Instructors are super friendly! Amazing experience! My husband and I got a good deal through groupon.

Hands down one of the best experiences I've ever had. What a great crew to work worth! Make sure you get a video!!! Definitely with the $75 bucks!
