museum of western reserve farms & equipment

I stumbled across this gem of a place on my drive to see the fall colors. I was just going to stop for a few minutes and ended up spending 2 hours looking at everything. This picturesque farm is home to about 40 historical buildings that they have preserved along with farm equipment, model T's and Antique fire engines. Plus in the fall they sell pumpkins, and in the little general store bakery and preserves made by local women. I bought a berry pie it was wonderful. There is something for all ages. They offer heritage homestead classes on candle making, preserving food , rug making and many other things. Also there are the chickens and cows to enjoy. A great place to take the family and learn about our local history. FYI parking is limited.
