It's dirty, and rarely open. The old owners kept it clean and open. The new owners dont want to keep it open. It's a shame, as growing up, I used to at least know where I could find my folks on a friday night, it was a gathering place for aunts and uncles. When I got to college, my cousins, sister, and brother, and I used to go in. The beer was cold and cheap, the food was fried, and greasy, but good, and the best pickled eggs.
