Best time!!! We loved it!! The guys were great very friendly. Answered all our questions. Ride in the mountains was awesome! Will definitely go back there again!

We have never had a bad time here. The staff is very accommodating and will line you up with a horse close to your abilities and skill level.

My family and I reserved a ride for 10 am. We arrived early. We waited patiently as they worked hard to get the horses ready. The groom every animal before being saddled. We fit right in as if we were family . communication was great we weren't felt left out although they were busy they still took the time to sit and talk with us. We even offered to brush the horses we laughed and had a fantastic time. I highly recommend this place. !! I will return in the near future. After reading a few of these reviews I hesitated booking. But I'm glad we did. The trail was beautiful and the horses were GREAT .. We felt comfortable and confident with the guide he talked to us the whole ride we weren't left alone or ignored. Definetly an A++ . !!

Like others have said, the customer service needs work here. We had the same experience others have mentioned upon arrival: no greeting, left standing there feeling uncomfortable. It almost seemed like we were a bother. The ride was nice and the horses seemed mild and were responsive, however, our guide didn't help much at all - at one point leaving the group and not being there when one horse was spooked and moved into the road, into the path of oncoming cars (which thankfully stopped and waited patiently). Not the customer service experience beginners were looking for. Wouldn't recommend.

If you know anything about horses you know these are loved pets not just any riding horses. These people care deeply for these animals which shows from there grooming to the well trained trail horses they are. Know you are in good care with knowledgeable horsemen and women.. The scenery is breathtaking as is being in the presence of beautiful animals. Take some refreshments of your choice in a cooler and some snacks for the horses like apples and carrots . Bring a fun group of people (no experience needed) and have a wonderful memory . Pictures are a must ! We pre -ride at Central Hotel and you will want to eat after you will work up an appetite !!!!!

I first started riding at this stable eleven years ago, when i was nine years old. I remember my first experience up there, and it was amazing. now it is 11 years later and i still ride at this stable whenever a can. the people are awesome, and they have some of the best horses ever!

We did not have reservations but stopped in anyway to get information. The people were very friendly. They had a ride going out that wasn't full. So we joined that ride (no waiting!) The trail guides and horses were great! We even had the horses trotting! (first time for us) We had so much fun! We will be going back!

After reading the reviews I admit to having second thoughts, but we booked our trip and were so glad to have done so. Our party of seven inexperience riders were greeted by the trail guides, we were early and they offered us to sit out of the sun, cool water from their well, and great stories of riding into the mountains and camping out. Our ride into the mountain was more than we could have imagined and the guides were attentive, and serious which I understand they need to be and I personally appreciated that they did their job of teaching us to ride and keeping our kids and us safe. This experience is all our kids are talking about and plotting on how to get us to take them back. We will return to Brace's to ride again!

well when we got there nobody even said hi, or anything else for that matter so we stood there like total idiots the people were not very sociable at all like we were a bother you would think for 160 dollars you would at least be offered a drink or something but nothing not even a little conversation very disorganized and dirty but thats the way it is the ride was nice.

My husband and I really enjoyed the ride. We went on the creekside tour. We were a little put back about the service when we arrived. We feel they need to work on their public relations and friendly service. Talking to others we found this tends to be the norm for the area. Just not what we're use to.
