lansing's first capital building

We visited the Capital on a school field trip through Eagle Crest Charter Academy in Holland, MI and thoroughly enjoyed every minute of it! What a building to see and we had a wonderful guide as well. Such a beautiful place and an all around enjoyable experience.

Another very interesting historical marker in downtown Lansng. It tells the story how Lansing became the state capital. The other side about the first capital building that was built.
