I am what you would call a repeat customer. I have encourage others to try their services, because they are great! I usually get a Pedicure and a Manicure from Cassidy, she does such a great job and I always get compliments on her work.

I purchased a deep therapeutic massage for my partner in addition to some other Christmas gifts this year. He had never had a massage before, but he loved this experience! The only down-fall was that he was very tired afterwards which impeded my shopping time a bit! He loved how they asked for his input to begin (choosing oils and certain body parts to be focused on), so it felt personalized. Great job Serendipity Day Spa!

I decided to try this spa based on a recommendation from a friend for a mother/daughter spa day. I took my mother for her birthday. The staff were very nice and professional. The spa is on the small side but once you are in your room you forget all about that. We got the couples relaxation package with a 60 minute massage and 60 minute facial. They were both absolutely wonderful but I have to say that the massage therapist, Lisa, was one of the best I have ever had. She used the perfect amount of pressure and professionalism. I will go back to her again for sure!

We have seen the many reviews that have gone out by you and apologize that you felt the need to create them.We have tried to help in the past, but due to your violent behavior and destruction of our property, we are no longer willing to try to accommodate your appointments. My receptionist was very shaken up and I am saddened that it had to come to that over being late to an appointment. We would have surely gotten you in at another time. We would have done whatever possible to help.Yes, we do receive a lot of positive reviews because we do strive to exceed our guests expectations. Friendly and helpful as I prepared for my wedding day! They even went grocery shopping so the wedding party could have snacks while we got out nails and hair done!

My wife and I treated ourselves to a couples massage today for our first anniversary. We were both very happy with our massage therapists, and it was a lovely way to celebrate. Thank you all very much.

Wife & daughter had a wonderful time at the spa. Daughter got an hour facial, and wife got a 30 min. massage and 30 min head massage. Staff was friendly and courteous and atmosphere was extremely relaxing. would have been nice if they had a few more mother/daughter packages to choose from, but everyone left happy, so that's all that really matters.Will DEFINITELY be going back.

This is the perfect escape while in Michigan's Little Bavaria whether you are a local or a tourist! I originally found this place almost two years ago when a another local establishment messed up my Shellac Manicure pretty bad. The girls at Serendipity fixed it without hesitation and I have been going back for Manicures and Pedicures ever since. I get compliments on my nails all the time now. I love that I can still get 'nail art', even with Shellac. Over the last couple years I have had a few massages and used their waxing services on occasion also. During my most recent visit I decided to truly indulge myself a little though. I signed up for the Premium Membership Program, where I can choose either a message or a facial for a very reasonable cost each month. I chose a facial for my first month and I LOVED it, it was so relaxing! After this horrible winter we have had, my face was extremely grateful as well. I even left with some products the skin therapist recommended, and my skin has never looked or felt this good! I have had many services, of varying types, at this spa and every time they still manage to exceed my expectations and make me feel even more welcome than the last time I visited.

I received a gift certificate from friends for Serendipity, and decided to use it for a mani pedi just before graduation. SOoo glad I did! I was treated like royalty as soon a I entered. My pedicure was in a massage chair that I could control the settings, I could choose the scent for the heated foot bath, and the temperature of the water. After all "some like it hot!" My feet were sighing with pleasure the whole time. Then I got a shellac manicure (first manicure ever) and again it was a great experience. They really helped me in choosing the best option for color, and were so sweet! I wasn't sure what to expect, but can definitely see returning again.

Great 1 hour massage here. Had the most wonderful young lady and price was awesome to boot. Had $10.00 off each from the coupon book that you get when checking into hotel or at the Visitor Center! Yeah!!
