Greetings Everyone,My very cool wife (she might read this LOL), got us these IMPROV Magic Show Tickets, and our show date/time was on a Saturday {Jan. 10th, 2015}. Attending were myself, my wife, and three sons (between 4 - 20). LOCATION: Main Address: 4980 Beltline Road #250 Dallas, TX 75254 // Tel: (972) 404-8501 The location is on the South side of Beltline Rd., which is one of the main traffic arteries running through Addison. There is no way you can miss the two story building. However, the entrance (faces Beltline Rd.) is not marked well. PARKING: NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE. Parking at this location (even on a Saturday) was very accessible, and close to the entrance. ENTERTAINERS: When we attended, there was a local entertainer, and they had another, who was the main act from Las Vegas EVENT SEATING: This is not a large entertainment facility. The tables immediately to the front of the stage are set where attendees are sitting on both sides of long tables, sort of a classroom style type setting. Then there are the square tables on the front/left and front/right for parties of four. However, the staff does their best to ensure all possible attendees are able to sit in the front center areas to view the show. AGE RANGE OF OUR YOUTH ATTENDEES: Attending was myself, my wife, and three sons (between 4 - 20). ABILITY OF ENTERTAINERS TO KEEP YOUTH INTERESTED: FANTASTIC 5 STARS!!!Both Entertainers did a fantastic job of consistently retaining the full attention during the duration of the entire event of all attending Youth, Teens, & even the Adults.FOOD AVAILABILITY: There is a moderate selection of food available for additional cost. I would rate the food at a 2.5 - 3 STAR at most. FOOD QUALITY: 2.5 STARS. If you are thinking about attending specifically for a meal, then I strongly suggest to immediately rethink your dining location.FOOD SERVICE: 3 STARS - The service staff makes a strong effort, which is the only reason that I would give a possibility of a 3 STAR rating to the Food & Food Service at this event/location.

Came to see comedian Steve Trevino and was not let down! Such a great show had VIP seating (preferred) and was right in front of stage. The tables are a bit tiny and sometimes to close but overall a great place with some awesome people!

I'm sure it all depends on who you go to see, but either way for the price you pay it doesn't matter much. They do cram you together, but once the show starts you kinda forget. We saw ralphie May and at first I was kinda wondering since he was high as a kite, but as the night wore on he got pretty dang funny

He was hilarious, always great to see comedians up close and personal. As with all Improv's the seating is Intimate, yes kind of like Victoria Secret intimate, but it's to be expected. Had a great time there, but you are just so darn close to people ---> forget about Personal Space it doesn't exist. BUT there are TONS of Laughs to be had, so If you're down to belt out a few hearty laughs on Beltline's Improv -- you won't be disapointed.

We attended the 9:30 show for Lavelle Crawford. We arrived around 9:00 to get our tickets and were told that we had to go downstairs and wait outside. I did not have a problem with waiting, but the 7:30 show ran long which means we did not get into the club until approximately 10:30!!! So, we are standing outside, no seats, in the middle of the night. I was thankful that the temperature was moderate and there was no rain! Once inside, the show started in about 15 minutes and all was well and funny from that point forward. My recommendation is to try to attend the first show, unless you don't mind waiting and being out really late.

Took nine 6 yrs and under kids and their parents to the Sunday afternoon family friendly show for my niece's birthday. Everyone had a great time. The service was awesome. Adults were able to enjoy adult beverages while the kids had lunch and sodas. Kid menu very reasonable at $6 for food and drink. The magician was great, it was definitely age appropriate for our 6 yr olds, but funny enough for the adults. The "Other Magic Mike" was kind enough to stay after and take pictures with everyone. Yes there is a 2 item minimum per person, but that's pretty standard at any club like this. But when it's 103 degrees outside, this is the best place in Dallas to have a birthday party.

I think we got pretty lucky the night we picked to see Steve Trevino. My husband and I were visiting Dallas for a conference and were lucky enough to experience one of their snow, sleet, ice and hail storms. The roads were in horrible conditions and the improv theater was within walking distance from the hotel we were staying at. We were told seating was first come first serve, and to arrive early. Knowing the bad weather conditions, we arrived only 15 minutes prior to show start and got seated right near the stage. We had a very personal experience as there were only about 25 other people who made it. Steve was great, as was the comedian who appeared before him. It was a more personal show since Steve was able to work more with the audience and just talk with us. The ticket prices were great, in my opinion. But, there was a 2 drink/meal requirement per person. The online menu's prices were completely different than at the show - everything being more expensive. The seats were quite tight, I couldn't imagine it being a full house. Since there were so few people on the night we went, everyone was spaced out. We ordered a salad with chicken in it, and it was pretty large in size and pretty good. Their drinks are quite limited to alcohol, and since I don't drink and it was freezing out, I asked for any warm beverages. I was warned to not drink the coffee (not a coffee drinker either) so asked for some tea. They don't have any, but the waitress was kind enough to give me one from her stash. I was, however, charged $3.50 for one hot cup of water. Overall, I think this is a fun night out in Dallas. It seems like they have some pretty well known comedians go through here.

Went to see Comedy Circus at the Improv. The seats are very tightly packed together. We got there at 7:30 for the 8:pm show, and were near the front. All but one of the acts were famliy friendly..and were very good. Had some good laughs! Food was a bit pricey for what it was,and was not happy to get charged for a soft drink I didn't ask for..but over all it was an enjoyable night.
