Skydive Temple is a fun, well-run, home away from home. The staff are all very experienced and good at what they do. Very helpful and courteous. The owner is pretty cool too....Very good and welcoming experience skydiver scene as well.

Two friends and I bought a groupon to skydive because we wanted to try it. We had no idea where we would be going to do this when we purchased the groupon. Boy, did we luck out!!! Skydive Temple was very professional and friendly. I totally enjoyed the experience, felt 100 percent safe and would do it again. In fact, the first words I said after "landing" were, "again! Again!". We enjoyed sitting out on their patio afterwards drinking a beer and watching everyone's videos too. I highly recommend it!

The jump was great for both my daughter & myself. The video photographers are really good at what they do. The young lady who edits & puts it all together is very talented. Kudos to all the staff there. Finding people who enjoy their jobs makes it a great time. Felt safe & welcome. Don't think I will ever go again(sky diving) as felt woozy for awhile, but if I were to go this would be the place. Recommended for anyone looking to get a thrill with the help of an excellent staff. Looks like it gets busy early afternoon, so get there before noon for less wait.

My husband and I went tandem skydiving with Skydive Temple almost exactly one year ago (early June, 2011), along with his brother and our mutual friend. We went as a group and had a large group of family and friends as spectators! There is a gift shop (to which you will receive a coupon for after your dive), a concession stand, and a nice patio with plenty of shade, so very comfortable if you have any wait time for your dive.The people at ST were great. My partner was Chief, and he was awesome! I was his 3,000th+ skydive, which made me feel better. Everyone else enjoyed their tandem partners, too, and these people were hilarious. They have great senses of humor and will try to mess with your head a little bit! Before the dive, we got briefed by our tandem partner, who told us everything about the dive- how to shape your body while coming out of the plane and while diving, how high we would jump from, when they'd open the chute, etc. They were very detailed and made me feel less nervous and more at ease. They also said that Skydive Temple is the highest skydive in Texas!Once we came out of the plane, it was fantastic! Most people are scared of "that falling feeling," but it was really only there for a split second and then you don't feel anything except the wind. It was exhilarating, and definitely something that you should experience at least once.Also, they will photograph and/or video your skydive for a fee (seems like it was around $100), but they obviously can only photograph/film one person on the way down, so no group pics/videos.Overall it was an awesome experience and I would highly recommend going with Skydive Temple!

I got a skydive temple gift certificate for my birthday (thanks HP) and it was the best gift ever! The staff was friendly and made me feel totally safe and relaxed. My tandem partner Phil, was fun and made my trip down a blast! Thanks and I can't wait to do it again!!

Went to Skydive Temple TX this morning to celebrate my son's 18th birthday and my oh my, my 54th. He wanted to go so I had to go with. We had a GREAT morning with great professionals.We used a groupon and enjoyed how much these folks loved to show off their "fun" - skydiving.Very professional folks, very safe and alot of fun. I felt totally totally safe and had a blast. Went by too fast and quick but will be something to remember forever. Thanks for keeping us safe and sound! Crazy to jump out of a perfectly safe plane, eh??? But I will do it again I am sure and I will do it at Skydive Temple (In Salado TX).
