We recently held a church banquet here and it was a wonderful evening! The staff was great to deal with to get the event set up as well as during and afterwards. They go out of their way to help. It was an excellent evening with a beautiful setting inside and with a view of the lake. Many comments were received that this annual banquet was the best yet!

We had our daughter and her fiancee's wedding reception at the Resort & Conference Center on July 20th. It was a "perfect day." As I danced with my daughter during our father / daughter dance I asked her if it was everything that she had dreamed of and she said it was much better!Pat Shepard and her staff at the Center are so wonderful and flexible to work with and they have true servant hearts. We were so blessed by each and every employee who were all there to assist us. Pat gave my wife and I wonderful ideas for the reception and all of our family and friends commented on what a fabulous venue it was and how everything was absolutely "perfect." I would rate this Excellent triple plus if I could! We are so blessed in our community to have Pat and her staff!!! Thanks, Scott Dix

We recently hosted a 4 day conference. What an amazing experience! Everyone on staff goes over and beyond what is expected. Two thumbs up!

The conference center is bordered by the Hilton Hotel, the city beach, and a wonderfully maintained park across the street. I would say it is well-worth booking events at the conference center and using the adjacent and convenient facilities. I understand from locals and the local news media, that the conference center over-prices the use of the center.

Nestled away from the conjestion and traffic of Ft Worth/Dallas, This gorgeous meeting place is bordered by the Lake and has the most beautiful setting. It lends to a more luxurious feel, less stale than some larger and more impersonal venues. The Staff was a newer team of excellent ladies who provide fabulous service. From what I could see the catering was of the highest quality. I think this would be a favorite meeting place for many if they only knew about it.

This is the place for a professional business meeting. You'll make a good impression, but its a bit pricey. Its squarely within the limits for the corporate world, but for a small time gathering is on the upper edge of expensive.

Along with the Conference Center, Granbury itself has a great Historical Square and the ambiance of being set by a lake with lots of restaurants and shopping make it a perfect meeting place.

STAFF is wonderful to work with, they did all we asked and more

This is a first class, albeit smallish, conference center where attention is given to detail. We prefer to attend gatherings here versus the area country clubs. If the City can just agree to lower the rental cost, more local groups could make use of it!

The Conference Center is right by Lake Granbury. It is new, spankin' clean and thoughtfully laid out and designed. Although I have only been to one event there so far, I was most impressed.

Wedding, gala or large party. Very nice location to hold your event. Great location on Lake Granbury so you get a view of the lake while you celebrate!

Attended an event here. It is a beautiful building and view of the lake, especially at sunset was awesome.

Thanks for your review! We do have a list of approved caterers, but it's very easy to add your favorite caterer to our list. If you want to use someone who is not on our list, just tell us and we'll contact them and get the information we need to add them to it. We do prefer that you use local caterers, to keep the revenue in our city, but it's YOUR function!
