makarios ranch

Our 11-yr-old loves riding horses, whereas we parents prefer to admire them from afar. Fortunately, we found Annie and Makarios Ranch. Annie took Halle on a 2-hr ride for a very reasonable price, while we got to hang out at her ranch and schmooze with Tom. For us northeasterners, that was very special. Tom often has a lot going on, so getting his time cannot always be counted on. But that's ok, since our daughter absolutely loved the riding, and visiting with the varied wildlife at the ranch. Speaking of wildlife, there were horses, crows, yaks, and dogs. Much more, I'm sure. The yaks were especially cool. Thank you, Annie and Tom!
