I took a friends young son to the Bounce U at Cherry Hill. The experience was disappointing and I will not recommend this location to any parents in the future. Here is a breakdown of the issues encountered. We had a voucher slip purchased at Groupon which allowed for five visits. The day we visited, was on the MLK holiday. As soon as we entered the facility and presented our voucher, we were told they did not honor coupons on holidays. This is actually on their site, but is hidden in the calendar to the point where you have to click on the actual time and date your planning your visit to see the disclaimer (this is a bad sign when you hide your policy). This was also not on their door or their answering machine. I guess they had so many angry questions about this that they scribbled a make shift sign and taped it to their door, I saw it as I left the place. No problem, I paid for the current visit and also redeemed my voucher for future use. The injury disclaimer I had signed was never verified against any identification, I could have put any name down and nothing was checked (another bad sign when issues of legality are glossed over). Upon entering the facility I was surprised to see that they were very crowded and had only three high school age attendants monitoring the inflatable bounce slides. One young attendant was sitting inside the ride with a dazed look while children pushed and shoved each other, while I was there this attendant never once intervened. The second pair of attendants was standing together in another ride. These two were more engrossed in their teeny bopper conversation than what was going on around them. The facility is actually smaller then what you would expect for a place like this and it was really crowded. In the corners of the facility were disassembled slides and some of the air generators. Instead of being stored away or roped off from the kids, they were on the floor as potential tripping hazards. Some of the slides had a cushioned pillow to absorb the impact, others did not. The overcrowded bouncing palace was also not monitored despite the sign that stated kids should not enter unless supervised. One of the younger kids left the bouncing palace crying because she was getting hit in the face by an older boy, yet the attendants kept gabbing away. This pandemonium occurred with younger visitors being bullied, blocked, and pushed by older ones. This could have been easily remedied if the attendants split up and did their jobs more effectively, or just did their jobs. Eventually, and after the child we were with got shoved and pushed by older kids, I decided we would not stay the full time we paid for. As we left I returned the unused vouchers and asked for my Groupon receipt back. I would rather get my money back from Groupon (and risk not getting a refund) then visit this poor location again.
Its for the young crowd under 10 would have a blast. Over 10 I'd check out a another source of fun. Trapolean places are a better fit for older kids.
Kids love it! I hate it because there are way too many kids. To be fair...it's reasonably priced and the kids love it. Air conditioning kicks because it has too. Could use some complimentary wipes here and there.
My daughter had her 30th birthday party at Bounce U. What? Yep, her 30th.As her father I said "you are crazy, this is a kids place", but as usuall she ignored me.Was I ever wrong. I had a ball, and her friends couldn't stay off the equipment. The laughter filled the room.Who says only young people can have fun
This place is fun for kids and is pretty cheap. This place wasn't very crowded and the staff was helpful. Fun day.
What better way to entertain the kids than Bounce U. You would have to be nuts having 25 kids take out your house in one afternoon. Navy Seals would watch in awe! However, at Bounce U, that staff handles them with care and a watchful eye. Great job on the entertainments front at a reasonable cost
It's ok, have only been there for birthday parties. The young staff act like they would rather be somewhere else, it's quite loud and just does not seem very clean. Plenty of other options, ok if you are going for a party.
I like taking my daughter here on a rainy day; I get to sit for awhile while she runs around. The only problem is the music is so loud, and I'm hard of hearing and think that!
I went here for a kids party, not a good place to book I felt rushed and the second play area half the stuff didn't work in the ball pit. For the money people put out you would think these owners would maintenance their locations.
Our grandsons loved to go to birthday parties here when they were younger. We've observed kids of all ages enjoying the fun.
