Great staff, wonderful wine, also very family friendly atmosphere. What a great gem for the city of Hutchinson. Their bloody Mary's on Sunday are the best I have had !

I have been here several times in the past and didn't care much for the wines. That is the past!! Wow, their newest red blends are simply fantastic. Minnesota Marquette and CA Zinfandel are the perfect marriage. Stop in and see Dan and staff. They are extremely friendly and very knowledgeable. Thank you so much for allowing me to work on site! First I want to say how nice it was of one of the ladies there to give the 4 of us a special tour of the winery...they had a band that was fun but they stopped playing soon after we got there.the wine tasting itself was kind of a disappointment the wines that looked so good in the descriptions were for the most part either too acidic and unrefined or too sweet. surprisingly some of the fruit wines that you expected to be sweet were very dry. they did have a great Blackberry and a couple OK red wines. but we probably won't drive that far to visit them again.

I loved the cranberry and honeycrisp wine! It's delicious and affordable! This winery is super clean, friendly people, and they throw fun events! Wine stomping! :)

We went on a Sunday afternoon drive two hours north of where we live, just to see the fall colors. We weren't disappointed. We drove from St. James to Paynesville on Hwy 4, had lunch in town, and headed east, past Hutchinson a couple miles until we arrived at the winery. Beautiful Sunday afternoon. Crow River Winery had a fellow playing guitar and singing.....very nice. Atmosphere was great. Wine was great. Then we headed for home, south on Hwy 15, so we could see some new country.

We attended a wedding at the Crow River Winery. The courtyard was beautiful. They did a wonderful job decorating the out side. Food was fantastic. Staff very helpful.

This is a great venu for rural Minnesota celebrations. The outdoor venu is unbelievably pretty. The indoor space is engaging. Wine options are intetresting.

This winery is quite a gem for Minnesota. It is a newer place that is constantly expanding. Very good selection of wines ( some esoteric ) and the tasting bar area is very cool. A great place to have a wedding or event also. Worth checking out.

Local wineries in unexpected locations are the new, hip thing, and they certainly bring charm to the hood. This is no exception: the setting is nice, the service friendly and the wines are unique, pressed from grapes you may have never heard of: the awarded Marquette or Frontenac. Our party had stopped just for a tasting of ten wines and we were not disappointed! And what about the descriptions of the old stand-by Red Zinfandel: "With the delicate, smoky and smooth character of a jazz singer in a red (!) dress, this Old Vine Zinfandel has been aged in Minnesota oak barrels for enjoyment with a medium-rare cut of porterhouse or while reading a book next to a crackling autumn fire." Are you not tempted to stop by? Also, in September they hold a grape-stomping and trash-the dress event which makes this lovely winery a destination: check out their calendar of events if you are thinking of checking out this worthy winery. I am holding off my final star till I stomp some grapes next year, but you will find it an excellently buzzy experience in a very relaxing setting with friendly folk.

Good selection of local wines and even some local beers. Very nice facility.Great venue for weddings and events.

We stopped at this winery on a Monday because other wineries in the region are not open the beginning of the week. We were probably lucky others were closed because this turned out to be a wonderful experience. There were a handful of other folks in the tasting room but we were tended to immediately with information about the winery and the wine selection. Staff members present that day were gracious and informative and made sure we weren't left waiting. As our server's day ended, she explained our interests to the fellow who would take over for her. Good service continued as we completed our tasting and an additional glass of wine. The server also treated us to a selection of port wine. Our visit was on a rainy day so we didn't see the outside area much, but the inside was nicely done. They have facilities for large year round events such as weddings and receptions as well as anniversaries etc. We will return in the future and bring friends.

We stopped at this winery the other day and enjoyed a glass of wine out on their beautiful patio. They had good music on inside so we asked if they could turn that on outside which they willingly did. The wine was wonderful and we were the only ones outside enjoying the first nice day this spring in Minnesota. Great experience, will definitely come back!

This is a great winery. Their grapes are grown locally as well as many of the other fruits used for wines. Setting is very very nice.great place to visit for a relaxing evening with a few glasses of excellent wine.

We had a great time with three comedians, non stop jokes and stories. Very good wine at a reasonable price.

My wife and another couple took a wine outing in Minnesota on Saturday 11/2. Our final stop was at Crow River. What a beautiful venue with many good wines. Our server host, Robin was exceptional. She was quite knowledgeable about the wide variety of wines and took time to talk about the venue and the wines. They have a broad list of wines, some of which were quite unique and tasty. I would highly recommend a visit to Crow River.
