mount hosmer park

This park has two lovely vistas of the Upper Mississippi Valley between Iowa and Wisconsin, as well as Minnesota. One can drive up to both vista points with a short walk at the higher level of about 350 feet. One can also walk up the road way in about 15 minutes. The park has several hiking trails, picnic area with shelter, and a playground. Plenty of parking at upper vista location. Well worth a visit to see this spectacular area of the Mississippi River. At times one can also see bald eagles.
