coburn park

I have fond memories of this park as a child visiting my grandmother in Skowhegan. The park is just as beautiful today as it was back in the 1960's when my grandfather was a caretaker of Coburn park. One of the best memories of visiting Skowhegan ME!

Along the Kennebec River, Coburn Park is a great place to walk, talk and see this historic town.Bring a picnic and enjoy a nice place to stop.

I took the picture of the pond and water fountain that is posted here. It's a nice spot to stop for a picnic or afternoon stroll.

This is a very nice park right in town. It has picnic tables, restrooms, a small pond with water feature (fountain), gazebo, and it's located right next to the river (over looking the river).
