This is our favorite theater in the Portland area. I attended a movie on a Saturday night--peak for a movie theater in Maine in the winter. We ordered and paid for our tickets on our smartphone and it was very easy and convenient! However, the theater we were in was very small and extremely cold. So cold, in fact, I never took off my gloves or coat! My feet and legs were freezing. The theater was full and we ended up sitting in the very front. I am not sure if that had anything to do with the temperature. We usually enjoy this theater very much but it was not an enjoyable evening. The seating is very comfortable and it is usually very clean and pleasant.

It's too bad that movie theaters have to charge so much to watch the movie on top of the cost of their snacks. It's definitely not a cheap family night out like it used to be. We don't go to the movies very often any more for that exact reason. I've also found the last couple of times I've been there, lobby, hallways n bathrooms were quite dirty with strewn trash. I suspect they need more help to keep it clean constantly due to the groves of traffic in and out throughout the day.

We live in Gray but would not consider any other theater to see a movie. We tried several other theater complexes closer to home when we moved to Maine a few years back, but there is no comparison. At this theater there are 16 screens and they usually have all the current movies and tend to hold them longer than some of the smaller theaters. We went this past Saturday and saw one of the Christmas releases. We were worried when we arrived as the parking lot looked full. My wife went for the tickets and by the time I parked the car and walked in she already had the tickets. There ticket sale personnel keep the lines moving quickly. You can also purchase tickets there from ticket kiosks with your credit cart if you do not want to wait in line. There is a large counter with many food options to take in with you. We were in one of the smaller theaters, but the sound and picture were excellent and all seats are comfortable. If you have never been here they are easily accessible of exit 46 on the Maine turnpike. I am sure their other theaters are also nice but this is our favorite.

Over 50 years of movie theater experience and I was so impressed with this place......The seating was roomy, comfortable, and easily accessible. The theater viewing rooms were neat, clean, spacious, appropriately lit for safe passage both before and during the movie. I would happily go back to this place again and again.

The theater was clean seating is great. Prices are competitive for a theater. Snack area well staffed and clean real clean. Prices for snacks are high. diet coke in a bottle in a vending machine $4.25
