this place was pretty cool. the hotel was expensive and i never stayed there as i live down the street but the water park was great always crowded. cheaper to buy tickets on line. however, now great woods lodge has bought it and is making it bigger and probably more expensive but bigger was needed!

We stayed overnight and enjoyed the water park on the night we checked in. Hotel was clean and the water park was well attended. The kids also loved swimming in the hotel pool seperate from the park.

Took 3 twelve year olds, they had a great time, it was a little pricey but a fun thing to do on a cold winter day.

Closed as a Courtyard 2 years ago. Became a Holiday Inn but that is now gone too. Marriott was not able to make it work and neither wasy Intercontinental hotels as a Holiday Inn. This property used to be a Best Western 5 years ago. Hopefully the new owners of this hotel and waterpark will be able to make it work.Check out reviews on the Holiday Inn Cocoa Key water park for more information on this property

We went here because our beach day got rained out. My kids had fun (4 & 5) - but it is definitely not a place I would go without them. The kiddie area was great for them. The big slides were a little intimidating - so probably great for 8-12 year olds. Food line is long and $$. Look for coupons if you go. Lots if lifeguards on staff.

I visited this water park with my young daughter. The lobby smells of stale smoke and on the day of our visit it was pouring outside and there was water leaking from the roof into buckets scattered around the lobby. Not a great first impression. Once inside, the locker rooms were dark. There are 3 curtained changing stalls and bathroom stalls. Better lighting (or turning the lights on) would be useful. The water park itself was fun and entertaining. Things there seemed clean and in mostly good repair. There is a lazy river, water slides, a heated pool, an area for little kids and more. The place is loud inside, from voices to water splashing to the fire alarms being tested (on the day of our visit). Kids of all ages were enjoying the park. If your child is smaller than 36 inches in height, there are fewer things to do, as the kids slides have a height requirement. For the very little ones (under 2 years) there are some fun low-bubbling fountains in the zero entry area of the pool and a good place to walk around with a 6" water depth. I noticed that the lifeguards were very diligently walking and patrolling their areas with serious concentration, which I appreciated in the case of an emergency. There are plenty of things to eat sold there, standard amusement fare including pizza, fries, sodas, etc. They do not allow outside food to be brought in according to a sign posted there. Alcohol is available for purchase. You can also rent a locker for $6 or store your stuff in open cubbies near the lazy river for free. I may visit this place in the future, if there is a discount available and when my daughter is much older. If you are traveling far to get here, I might suggest looking elsewhere for fun, as there are not many other things to do in the area once you are here.

Decent water park but NOTHING else around. NOT a vacation area but just a place to go on occasion. If you do go there I recommend that you eat before going as the prices are high and the food is somewhat limited.

We went on a Friday night so we got the twilight discount. It was $12 a person to get in. I had to buy a ticket for my two year old at the same $12 price. It was very busy inside. The staff were doing there best to keep things clean but could only do do much to keep up with the crowd. My two year old loves the place but it isn't particularly exciting for adults it older kids. My negative for the place is that it is expensive to get in and my child gets really cold after about an hour it so. Overall it was ok and provided my son with some Fruday night fun. If you don't expect anything too exciting you won't be disappointed.

This is a great place during any kind of weather to have a blast with your family. There are areas for small children and then deeper areas/rides for older children and adults. The lifeguards there are always on their toes and rotate their stations frequently to stay focused and alert. You can even make an overnight out of it and stay at the hotel the resort is associated with. We've been here multiple times and look forward to going back!

We recently visited CoCo Key Fitchburg with another family and we definitely had a blast. With the convenience of staying at the hotel (now a Holiday Inn and not a Courtyard by Marriott) on the water park premises, we had a smooth, uncomplicated experience despite having four little ones in our group (ages 6, 3 and 1).There was plenty to keep the kids busy - from the little coloring nook in the CoCo Key lobby, to the actual water park. The hotel itself also had a separate heated pool and hot tub.As for the water park itself, it was clean and spacious enough for the good number of visitors who turned up, with sufficient variety to keep little kids and teens entertained. There are four kiddie slides (two of which are ideal for children below 5 or 6), several water play features like showers and hoses, an 'adventure river' tube area, an activity pool, and three 40-foot tube slides. There is also an arcade area for gamers. It was definitely a convenient pat traction for us to visit, and we'll definitely be back at some point during the summer.

I bravely accompanied 12 brownies (girls scouts) on their end of the year celebration at the CoCO Key waterpark as a chaperone. This was my fourth trip to this waterpark and it proves always to be a safe and secure experience for large groups. The life guard staff are very diligent and work hard to maintain safety and some semblance of order with so many children at once. The disappointment continues to be the very limited food selection with poor nutritional value. The menu offers very little in the way of foods to keep kids going for hours…

I must say I was very impressed with everything. The staff was great the lifeguards were awesome and had their eyes on everything. My kids had a great time as I did as well. Definitely worth the money and trip, would definitely go back

Took my son and 2 friends for a weekend day of fun. The place is small for a waterpark with 3 slides and a lazy river. They also had a water splash center geared for toddlers. You are not allowed to bring in food so we bought food there. They have Pizza Hut pizza and salad and a&w drinks. The food is expensive My only complaint was the place felt like a sauna. No cool air circulating at all. I must have bought 3 h20's to cool down

Ended up here by accident, thought I had made reservations for Danvers CocoKeys - WHOOPS. Fortunately, availability here during vacation week - and cheaper than the North Shore location. We stayed overnight - always a treat for little ones - and so they got to go to waterpark from 4pm on the first day and out the second around 4pm. Not a whole lot of actual swimming - the one pool for swimming is mobbed all the time. The height restrictions are 42 inches for the body slide, and 48 for the two tube slides. Yes its busy, yes kids are rougher than they should be - but those lifeguards work harder than any I have ever seen. People everywhere brought food in and no one cared about that. Restaurant there isn't too expensive - had dinner with two drinks each - 2 kids ate free for $50 and breakfast buffet for $30. Food wasn't anything special but was easy and quick which was more important.

I took my soon to be 5 year old for a weekend of fun. The hotel was fine, I only have complaints about the children that repeatedly ran up and down the hall way from 930pm until after midnight. I had the pleasure to wake up to the children still running up and down the hall in the morning. The park- the lazy river was anything but that. It was more like children ramming their tubes into each other non stop. I personally chose to be with my son and watch him as one would expect a responsible parent to do. I would like to know where the parents to the other children are. The "life guards" paced back and forth in what seemed like a contest as to who could pace the fastest. The whistle blowing was out of control. I guess someone had to try to control the obnoxious kids since their parents were absentee. I personally felt like the older kids would have pushed my son out of his tube if I was not there to stop it. The life guards looked miserable, one was asked if he liked his job and blatantly said "no". I asked a life guard what time the Pizza Hut consession stand closed(it was the only one in the park) and the life guard stated he didn't know, that wasn't his job. The pool where there was 3 basketball hoops had 3 groups of kids that overtook the game(on both days we were there) The smaller kids didn't have a opportunity to even attempt to play- at all! My son enjoyed his time in the limited parts he could go on, the slides he didn't get to enjoy due to his height. I will not be recommending this to anyone, and doubt I will ever return.
