Waverly Oaks is easy to find. There are two courses 18 holes requires cart, 9 hole allows walking. Both courses are open with some elevation changes/terrain relief, not overly cluttered with bunkers. Competition from nearby courses, especially highly regarded Pinehills has impacted business. Multiple rates ($45-95) based on times of use (i.e., In season, early bird, weekday vs weekend, etc.) Clubhouse has open design with use on functions/social gatherings (weddings, fundraisers, etc.)

Great course that is in perfect condition. I haven't played here in a very long time. Just went this morning and it couldn't have been better. The greens are in awesome shape.

We live on the Cape and hadn't played the course in a few years. The course was in wonderful shape, and everyone from the pro shop to the bag boys to the starter were friendly and accomodating. The course is set in the South Shore woods, and the quiet surroundings of pines, wild grasses and huge trees make you believe the course has simply been there forever. It is challenging from any tee, yet very female friendly. Also a great buy in the early afternoon this time of year. Don't miss it.

I was finally able to play Waverly this year. We had a great time! The staff was friendly, and the course was awesome. Course was in great shape. The part 3's are amazing, especially 17. There are lots of elevation changes on the holes. Had a great time, and will definitly go back.

Wow, what a surprise. A great golf course within minutes from our hotel in Plymouth. Super friendly staff and the course was in great shape. The greens rolled true and the track is a fair test of the game. The long par 5 16th was just a gorgeous hole but the par 3 17th is by far one of the most awesome holes in golf I have ever seen. Playing at about 220 yards from the tips with a stiff 25 knot wind that was not helping you, this was a real golf hole that you have to see to believe, a real land locked island green with bailout area to the left. Just gorgeous, can't wait to get back and try it again.

The course was great. We played from the Black tees almost 7100 yards long. Some very challenging holes bring your A game. Lots of elevation change and variety of holes. Staff was friendly and helpful great addition to any trip in the Plymouth area.

Play this course every year at least once. Usually always in great shape. Love the layout and while tees and fairways were in great conditions greens were incredibly slow. Can't imagine they had been cut in a few days. Not what I am looking for when paying $95/round.

Played here at the end of April and even though the weather was awful, rainy, and cold, the course was still in great condition. A lot of holes with some pretty crazy layouts like #9 straight up hill par 4 and the tough par 3 on #17. The greens were running really true and fairways were very taken care of and plush. There are some pretty long par 4's and 5's when playing from either the gold tees or tips. If you can hit fairways you can score pretty well here. It's when you don't that you can find yourself in some trouble. The only downfall to this course was pace of play. Took us a very long time to get a round in, but this was probably due to a amateur tournament of 70 guys that teed off before us and played very slow. On a regular day I'm sure the pace of play is fine. Will definitely be playing this course again when going down to the cape cod area.

The course was in great shape when we played in October, the fall rates were reasonable, and the course was not crowded at all. A tough but fair course, with plenty of tee boxes to choose from. A very nice clubhouse, with very good food choices on the menu.

Went golfing for the first time ever for a friend's bachelor party, so I'm less than qualified to review based on other courses. I will say that the course was beautiful, and plenty challenging for those of us with more than one round under our belts. The tee fees ($95 per) weren't cheap, but the course was clean, and the staff was friendly. It's certainly worth checking out again, after I've had a bit more practice.

We started playing this course before the clubhouse was built. We have a bunch of golf addicts that go to Cape Cod early annually. It was initially awesome-unfortunately the competition from other courses has evidently submarined this track. They have let it go, poor maintenance, cheap carts, bad greens. Clubhouse might be good for weddings, but overall a D+ (maybe). for the same $ you can play Pine Hills (just across route 3) and the place is well cared for and the employees actually care that it's a discretionary spending venue. It will be the last time we play that course.

course was not up to par, maintenance was patchy and the staff were unfriendly. Overall I can not recommend

The course speaks for itself: incredible views, unique holes and very fair. The staff is a joke they should take a lesson from Pinehils.

You have to know the history to understand the title. I had heard it was smaller than expected but for me I thought it was just right to tie a small boat to.

Great course and wonderful layout. 17 holes are terrific and the only average hole is #18. It's very well maintained and run. You will love the clubhouse too.
