We loved this camp. This was our first opportunity to see hippos and a cheetah. We spent two nights on the Naboisho Conservancy and we were expertly guided all along the way. One night of fly camping was especially memorable with views of the stars and the close proximity to wildlife feeling like an adventure. We loved the food and the hosting of Roelof and Helen.

THis is a love extension of the masaimara reserve,you really get to see the wildlife so well and they boast of the highest density of Lions in the world, well done Naboisho. This conservancy has helped masai s retain the land and also have the wild life. A must visit for a wildlife enthusiast and for the community benefits.

The conservancy is quite well organized in terms of wildlife management and conservation - recommend it. There are variety of wildlife species to be seen, but a 4WD vehicle recommend.Stayed at Naboisho Mara Camp which was top notch and I should return there sometimes in the future.

Peaceful area as concerns other visitors, but lot´s of wildlife! Walking safari, night safari, sundowners under the accacias.

Another great experience! The Manager Team,(Helen and Ruloff) the staff, the guides, the food, the amenities, the Walking Safari conducted by Ruloff defies description. I traveled Solo and expected to share the game drives with other guests,but I had Moses all to myself. He was knowledgeable, interesting and spoke perfect English. It was the experience of a lifetime!!!!

We visited the Naboisho Conservancy for the first time in October 2014.So impressed with the wildlife density bordering the Maasai Mara we have booked a return visit in September 2015.Here the lion population is higher than anywhere in Kenya, cheetah too are present as is the beautiful serval cat. You can hear the roar of lions and the eerie howl of hyena at night as you sleep in your tent, what an experience for your senses! The elusive leopard is here too but we did not find it last year! There are plenty of elephant to be found in addition to plains game like zebra, topi, thompsons gazelle it is a wildlife haven.The Conservancy offers the very best wildlife viewing away from the high levels of traffic and tourism in the Mara Reserve, it's almost as if the animals have escaped into a more peaceful place. You will see many animals but very few vehicles here, it is also very close to the Mara if the annual wildebeeste migration is what you really want to see.If you are on a budget then negotiate direct with camps, most are willing to help out.If you shop around you can get an unrivalled wilderness experience at an affordable price, We stayed 3 nights at Basecamp Mara,Wilderness Camp and Eagle View all in Nabiosho Conservancy, we will return to the same camps this year.

The only place that you can relax with wildlife being at your disposal.You have to carry malaria prevation tablets.

Loved the conservancy. Only 5 lodges on entire area so there was no traffic in viewing animals. Staff at Encounter were intelligent and well informed. An experience to be remembered.

off road game viewing is allowed unlike the adjacent Masai Mara Reserve and night game drives are easily scheduled with your camp management. This conservancy has only 4 small camps so you will never deal with the high volume of vehicles you find in the Mara Reserve. Give it a try....you will be looking for another chance to go back. We already are!!!

This is where you connect with nature...beauty at its best,un touched nature.The big five is here in plenty.You can never want to go back home when you stay here.

We stayed within the Naboisho Conservancy in late late November/early December which is not the time when the migration is visiting the area, however, we were very impressed by the amount of resident game within the Conservancy. We saw the Big 5 in one day and really enjoyed the ability to stay out for night drives (until 10pm), which you can't do in the Serengeti and Mara. We stayed at Naboisho Camp (Asilia property) and loved our stay!

The Naboisho Conservancy is still evolving, but just a few years from it's beginning it is becoming the place to go to see a wonderful array of wildlife. As it's a conservancy there are opportunities to go for escorted walks in the bush where you can get much closer to nature. Not just the animals and birds, but the trees and plants. In November we paid our third visit since it started and are already thinking about our next trip!

Wildlife viewing like the Maasai Mara, but without the crowds. Stunning! Make sure you stay at Naboisho Camp!

I recently spent 3-nights at the Kicheche Valley Camp in the Noboisho Conservancy. It was an exceptional experience and compared favorably to my visits to other Conservancies and the Mara Reserve itself. Prior to my visit, I was warned by some that Noboisho was not yet ready for prime game viewing and photography. Nothing could be further from reality. Noboisho was as good if not better than the rest of the Mara. The wildlife was prolific, not the least skittish, and the abundant and beautiful acacia tree landscape provided a superb background for photography. Don't believe the bad rumors. In fact I am almost tempted to say the rumors are true, so less people would go and crowd up the place and ruin it ! Baloney. Go and have a GREAT TIME

Went for a shoot with our film crew, and taking just a minute to breathe amazing, the sunrise, the sunset, we surely have a beautiful country.
