This place was easy to find and had stuff for all ages. It even had a pool, though it was surprisingly too cold to use it in August. The facility was clean and there were a good number of other kids there too. I recommend it to anyone traveling with kids, especially younger ones.
Bring the whole family to have fun outside! There's an outdoor pool with a terrific new pool house. Lots of playground equipment in several versions for little tots to school age kids. Picnic tables & even a couple of small pavilions for you party - reserve ahead. Best of all, there is a gorgeous 1 mile walking path around the perimeter of the park - parts in the open & some in the shade.. And - there's also an enclosed dog park!! There are many camps & programs for all to enjoy. See the website.

A perfect place for the kids to run around and have a great time. From the swings to the basketball courts to the skate park, You can even sit and watch a little league game. Can't beat it.
Nice park with plenty of parking for a large event. There are ballparks, pavilions, etc. Easy to find on the outskirts north of Manchester.
Manchester, Vermont has a wonderful family park, called the Dana Thompson Park worth visiting. I liked the wide walking path around the perimeter of the entire park. In addition it has a public swimming pool, a playground for young children, tennis courts, a skateboard park and ball fields. Your children will thank you for taking them to the Dana Thompson Park on your vacation. Located on Route 30, on the north side of Manchester, Vermont.
they have many varieties of bicycle sports available, there's a bike park for bmx, trails for mountain or crosstrail bikes and it would be a good parking spot for a road bike trip up Rt 30.
This park had lots of options for the little ones to get out and stretch from the days of traveling. Beautiful scenery everywhere you look.
The trail is marked for mileage. There is a dog park, big and little, tennis courts, playground, swimming pool (fee for this) and beautiful hiking trails. The scenery is the best and the mountain air is wonderful. Nothing to dislike.
Plenty of grass, three playgrounds and a running path. Oh and dog park. They have a pool in the summer which is good, but not great. The park itself though is stellar. They even have nathrooms and tons of parking.
