Really nice and informative place to go and get some really nice lavender products. Really calming and relaxing. If your in the area go and get some lavender products.

Lavender wasn't in bloom so not much to photograph. The little store had a bit of everything for the lavender lover. Not awesome deals which you might expect from the source, but it's hard to leave without buying so,etching. I bought some oil and lavender/green tea. I would've really enjoyed it a lot more if it was the right time of year.

Andre's is very close to my house. I buy my dog shampoo and conditioners at Andre. They also have a nice line of oils, aromatic sachets and lotions. Great products for gift giving any time of year.

It is closed to Ostrich land, less than two miles on other side 101 freeway, It is small, but it is in full blown now.

Thanks to Andre's Lavender for helping our honeybees by providing an excellent forage crop that is free of pesticides!! You can see the bees working the current crop of lavender from the boxes located at the back of the property. This is pure, raw and unfiltered lavender honey from local bees!!

Beware: if you are driving west, you almost have to make a U-turn to get to this place. Therer is about an acre of lavender, planted mostly in grosso bushes (used for distilling and fragrance). The owner makes her own soaps, and adds some glycerin so it doesn't melt so quickly. I bought one and my whole car smelled (in a nice way) the entire day; much different from many storebought soaps that are lavender in color only.BTW: the tourist board has a coupon for 10% off any purchase.

Keep an eye peeled for the sign. The farm is set back a few yards from the road, on the north side of Buellton. The field of grey-green lavender bushes were pruned like inverted bowls. Alongside the field is a no-frills gift shop in a small quonset hut. The interior decor is bare-bones but the aroma divine. The products made from the lavender oil are processed by the owners on site and neatly presented in attractive packaging. The owner was very informative and gave us a print-out of all the beneficial properties of lavender oil so that we could appreciate its use in lip balms, bath gels, soaps, sachets for closets and drawers, etc. All in all, it was an interesting visit and a great chance to buy unusual and practical Christmas stocking stuffers!Parking is free and plentiful.
