Lots of places to go to here for some shopping. Patient shoppers can find some great deals here. Definitely don't be shy about stopping in at the Center's office for some coupon books.
When I was a kid, I used to come here with my parents sometimes. They always had a nice food court in the center of the outlet mall, but that appears to be no more. We always get good deals here, and there are a variety of stores to please everyone.
Stopped at Tanger Outlets to do some shopping. There were several empty stores, but on the whole had a good selection of stores to shop in. It was a nice Saturday with Michigan having a winter thaw going on. The place was quite busy. No complaints about shopping here.
Tanger outlets are a quick trip shopping if you are looking for the name brand and a good deal. But, with all Outlets, watch what you are getting to make sure you are purchasing quality for price.
Weekends are usually pretty busy, while weekday nights are dead. Even when they are busy, there is typically ample parking. Decent shops - Coach, Coach for Men, White House Black Market, Polo, Loft, Ann Taylor, Banana Republic, Aeropostale, American Eagle, Gap, Gymboree, Nike, Adidas, Tommy Hilfiger, Nautica, Carters, OshKosh, VanHeusen, PacSun, Guess, Harry & David, Maurice's, Old Navy, Justice, Sperry/Ked's/Stride Rite, Jones New York, Bose, Journey's, Nine West, Famous Footwear, Eddie Bauer, Skechers, Merrell, Bath & Body Works, Totes, Jockey, Hanes/Champion, Dress Barn, Bass, Brooks Bros, and more. NO food on site - the food court has closed. Leo's Coney Island, Arby's and McDonald's are nearby. A couple hotels are located on the outlots of the center - Holiday Inn Express. The coupon book is worth the $5, but if you have AAA, it's free.
My wife and I go to the toy stores and Brooks Brothers for our shopping adventures. They have a variety of stores to choose from...very good shopping experience.
You really can find great deals here. Lots of dress clothes and work clothes for great prices. There are also a lot of shoe options. This mall is only 15 minutes from my house so it's my go-to place when I need a quick outfit for a night out or need to dress up for work events.
The Outlet Center offers a lot of great shopping options. While the Black and Decker and Disney stores located here in the past are missed, it's still a very good destination. The center is well maintained and the center staff itself is very friendly and helpful. Worth stopping when in the area or even as a destination for the day. Tip: Stop in at the Mall Office with your AAA, AARP or Military ID for a free coupon booklet.
There are many stores here. I found what seems to be a very nice leather jacket at Tommy Hilfiger's. We also did some Christmas shopping while we were there. I hadn't been to that mall in a while, but there's a very good selection of stores there. Coupon packs are available there for $5.00 near the restrooms for many of the stores.
I love the variety of stores that I like to shop at. I went today for the Labor Day Sale and all the stores I went in had an additional saving on top of the make down price. I just don't come here during the holiday, I make other trips because I can always find something I want and can use at the price I want to pay. Store Reps are always friendly/helpful and the stores are clean and organized.
It's a mall, nothing special. We didn't find much at outlet prices, either. There were no food locations either, so don't expect to eat there. If it's a choice between here and great lakes crossing, go to GLC.
We live about 30 minutes away and that's about the furthest I would drive for the experience. It's a good mall, but not outstanding. It does have a good variety of stores, however, not all of them are actual outlets. For those stores, it's no different than going to any other mall. For the stores that are actual outlets, it's really hit or miss. I've gotten some amazing deals and had trips that were a waste of time. If you are headed this way, it's probably worth a stop, but in most cases, it's probably not worth going out of your way to go there.
Nothing special same as any other outlet mall. Easy access off I-96. No where to eat in the mall a few places across the street but the Hot Dog place was always full.
I went here with my parents a couple years ago. The deals are always good and they have a variety of shops to choose from. I like Old Navy and GAP. The food court is so so, the fast food places aren't the best either. It's a nice place to shop, but not much to do around there
Great values. Dissapointed when they take stores out but I understand. I use the children's stores all the time and over buy due to the great deals. Some quality issues but you live (or buy in this care) you learn. The food court is a let down and the nearby businesses - gas station and fast food are less than appealing.
