we took the family we enjoyed several activities at one place which was neat. Horse back riding Zipline Golf Games AND more kids had a blast staff was good and park was clean

Drove three hours to come check this place out. The website doesn't say anything about seasonal hours. Signs posted on the door saying they open at 11. However at 1:30 pm the doors were locked tight and no one was around. Would have been nice to know before driving all the way down there they weren't even going to be open.

Awesome riding stable. Seven year old rode by himself. Five year old rode double. Took a 30 min ride but should have taken the hour ride.

My wife, 4 year old grandson, and I took the 1 hour ride and we really enjoyed it. The wife and grandson were paired up on one horse while I had my own horse. The horses were cooperative, the trails scenic and interesting, and the guide was very knowledgeable. While we don't ride horses a lot, this was the best riding experience we had had and would highly recommend these folks for the great horses and guides.The stables are at the same location as the Kentucky Action Park where there are also a lot of family oriented activities. You can do an early ride and then have fun at the other attractions.

We really enjoyed our ride. The cave tour was good we were the only ones that went ,we had a woman give us the tour the regular person was on vacation, she was great.

My family and I enjoyed the hour long experience with Jesse James. The horses were well behaved (as horses go anyway) and easy to handle. Our die took us through a small section of the woods and into a large field. Guide was friendly and took good care of us when mounting and dismounting.The kids loved the ride!Only drawback was for me and my nephew who are both over 6' tall. The stirrups for the saddle's were WAY to short so we couldn't use them. Not the greatest experience for a guy to ride an hour without stirrups!!

I had been here 20 years ago and was excited to bring my son back here.It was just as I remembered it. Great horses, wonderful trails and awesome trail guides.we had other plans for our week here, but every morning my son asks to go riding at Jessie James. We have ridden 3 times this week and are planning one more ride before we head back home. If you are looking for a great ride Jessie James is the place!

We took our 2 Grand-daughters to Jesse James Riding Stables for a one hour ride. They had a fabulous time. The guide was so nice and very helpful - the horses were perfectly matched for their riding skills and the price was extremely fair. Good ride - nice scenery - nice trail - friendly people. We are looking forward to going again.

My granddaughter and I took the half hour ride for a very reasonable cost. Comet and AJ were very well behaved horses and the wrangler was very patient with our mounting and dismounting. You do not have to be a seasoned rider to ride here. My granddaughter loved riding on something larger than a pony and I was just pleased I could still get on a horse! (with a little help).

We took our girls 11 and 8 y/o to ride for an hour and ending going ourselves. Our real cowboy guide is a true horseman in every sense of the word. If you love to ride, ask for Travez. He was so good with the kids on the horses and full of knowledge about all 50+ horses and the trails. This was a true value for the money and the tip. We will certainly ride again here!

Our guide was friendly, the horses tame, the scenery was lovely (crossed paths with a young deer), and very reasonably priced!

We went on an hour horseback ride. It was simple, peaceful and perfect for first time child riders. Staff was friendly, even gave me a free ride as I had only purchased tickets for the children.

We went to Jesse James Riding Stables to go zip-lining. The staff was really friendly, the girl working the ticket area was very helpful with the waivers and even gave us an idea of what to do while we waited for the next zip-lining group. The guys that took us on the zip-lines were very funny and answered all of our questions in a light and fun way to ease any concerns that anyone had.

We stopped by here on the way back from the caves and it is a cute little place and we did some go cart riding while we were there. The go carts definitely need updated and are pretty rough. My daughter wanted to do the zip line but we decided to wait and do it elsewhere because I wasn't completely comfortable with her safety there. It's a nice little place just wasn't 100% comfortable letting my kids do the bigger attractions there.

Great staff, excellent value for the price, horses well cared for, multiple options for the length of the ride. Would recommend this stable.
