This was my first year ever going to Alaska and this float trip down the Kenai was the highlight of my time in Alaska! It is the best way to see all of the wild life!

I have spent two summers in Alaska and the river float with Riverdog tops my list of great memories. We literally saw 50+ eagles, 7 or 8 brown bears, and a handful of humans fly fishing for salmon along our trip. Our guide Kayce was super friendly and one heck of a captain. I thought we were going to be responsible for paddling (which would have been ok) but all that I was required to do was sit back and enjoy. Kayce took care of the steering and floating us dowstream properly. I recommend Riverdog's float to anyone looking for adventure and fun on the Kenai Peninsula.

This past year, my boyfriend and I traveled to Alaska for our summer vacation and stopped in quaint Cooper Landing. While we were there, we decided to do a floating trip with Kayce and her trusty dog, Porter. She was wonderfully entertaining with her vast knowledge of the area. She provided good floating music (along with great vocal pieces) as she described the flora and fauna surrounding us. We were lucky enough to see quite a few different types of birds, salmon, and even a black bear. Kayce even provided us delicious drinks and snacks to make the adventure even more enjoyable. The weather was beautiful, but the company was even better! If we ever find ourselves traveling through Cooper Landing again, we will definitely put a float on our itinerary!

Kayce is a very knowledgable, personable owner-guide, and she really made the Kenai River come alive as we floated between Cooper Landing and Bing's Landing. She brought our family muffins, hot chocolate, and coffee, and let the kids sit up front with her ever-present river dog, Porter. Lots of eagles and fishermen along the banks, and it was a beautiful day to boot!We did the two-hour float, which was perfect for kids (age 9). Dress warmly and plan to have boots for everyone. Lots and lots of fun!

This was awesome! Kayce shared her local knowledge of the river area, and provided a fun and comfortable float. The river eye view provided a great birding platform. We plan to go again when migration is in full swing! Make sure to request her dog Porter- he's charming :)

Myself and friends took the trip down and had a great time listening to music, seeing fishermen, and seeing eagles perched throughout the whole trip. Kayce was very friendly and made the experience one of a kind! In the end, the trip seemed too short. Time flew by and we all wanted to keep going down the river! This trip was peaceful and a great trip to plan for all ages!

I went rafting with Kayce and friends a little while ago and it was awesome! The views from the raft are breathtaking even when its raining/ foggy. I can only imagine the beauty on a clear day! Rain jackets and pants are provided for you in case you forget your own rain gear. Looking forward to doing it again next time!

This trip was a blast. We had a couple of friends in town and wanted to show then as much of Alaska as possible and this was a perfect way to do something fun and adventurous. Be sure to check the weather before you go and dress accordingly. When we went it was pouring down rain. Fortunately for us, Kayce had some extra rain gear. Even through the rain you could see how beautiful the area was. The trip is a great bang for your buck and I highly recommend it.

So Alaska in beautiful even if you're just driving around on back roads, but floating down the Kenai is so amazing. I went a few weeks ago and the weather was gorgeous, the scenery serene and the company was great too! Kayce and her trusty companion Porter were the perfect tour guides, pointing out all the little things that, as an out of towner, I would have completely missed. There were parts that made your heart races just a touch with the small rapids, but for the most part the water was smooth as silk. I would 100% recommend Kenai Riverdog to anyone who will be in the surrounding Seward/Coopers Landing area. It was a great experience and if I ever make it back up I will for sure be calling on Kayce and Porter again! Safe travels!

Kenai River Dog was truly one of the best experiences that I had while in Alaska! Casey was very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. She made us feel right at home. This trip is great to do with anybody; no experience required! It's great for all ages and will recommend it to anyone traveling to the area.

If I remember correctly, part of the excitement of the trip was the amazing dance moves that you displayed for myself and the other rafters. I hope to see you on the river next summer. I went with several friends and had a wonderful experience. Kayce was a great guide with a beautifully painted raft and an awesome sound track which made the trip worth it even without the amazing scenery. Seeing the bold color of the river against the salmon jumping out of the water with the towering mountains in the background was the best part of our trip to Coopers Landing.
