A modern ballpark with all the amenities for Double-A baseball (Arkansas Travelers - affiliated with LA Angels) This ballpark in its short life has already hosted some of the biggest names in the Majors... Mike Trout included. It has a great location with the city skyline of Little Rock over its right field fence. If you love baseball, you will love this park. If you don't love baseball, you will... by the 2nd inning. :)If you are lucky enough to have fireworks after the game, they don't cheat you! Good show.
Great place for family fun. You can enjoy a great ball game with lots of ball-game foods and a fun section for the kiddos. They have several blow-up/bounce houses for the kids to enjoy after their snow cone.
WE love to have family outings with the Arkansas travelers. The atmosphere is fun, food is typical ballpark food but it always make for a great time.
Any baseball fans visiting the clinton presidential library should stop & watch this team. We are Angels fans so it was awesome to see their AA team.
This is a pretty little ball park in a great location. Parking is easy, the park is accessible and family friend. Great food concessions with a variety of food & beverage choices. There is even a stand for bacon lovers! Ticket prices are reasonable and the staff is super friendly and accommodating.
We love the Arkansas Travelers and Dickey Stephens Park! The atmosphere is friendly, fun, and festive. What could be more American than a summer evening of minor league baseball? I recommend it to out of town guests and local friends. Excellent prices and a good chance you will see the hometown boys win make it an enjoyable experience for all.
My first baseball game and what a great introduction, very helpful staff on the gate who told us the best places to sit and once inside we were entertained royally with the banter and lots going on. Bacon and cheesecake is one of the best things I`ve ever eaten!
For watching the travelers: Reasonable prices, clean and family friendly! Lots of games during innings and crowd participation. Many of the players will sign balls, give high fives to kids! Is a lot of fun!
This is a new ball park, and since it was directly adjacent to our hotel we walked over and caught a game. The facilities are first-rate, and the prices are extremely reasonable. In fact, we got directly behind home plate. The new bar was nice, and they made some mean cocktails there… that’s about all I remember about that part. The people were nice, and I even ran into the general manager of the team and we had a delightful chat. Overall, it was a great place to visit and an inexpensive night of fun.
I have been going to see the Travelers play all my life. They moved into the new stadium, Dickey Stephens Park several years back. This is a great place to go on a summer evening when you have nothing else going on. Buy some cheap seats and enjoy the people watching, the beer garden, the food, and if you think about it, the baseball game.
The Trav's are a AA team that plays within the Texas League. Always a fun putting. The stadium is pretty new, several years old, so it looks and feels like a major league stadium. If you're in town and love baseball, you will truly enjoy a game or two at Dickey-Stephens. One of the neat features is the Traveler's Museum, kinda walks you through the history of the Trav's.The food is good, the beer is cold, and the game is great!!!!One our favorite spots to sit is right behind home plate, in the box seat section 209/210 Row A.
Had chance to go back to the Ballpark last night and forgot how enjoyable a game under the lights can be. Easy Parking next to the Stadium, Food priced well, even for a family, Lots of promotions to help lower ticket prices, Clean, Family kind of place, friendly staffA great place for a entertainment that allows you to visit with the friends that came with you or the new ones in the stands.
We love going to Dickey Stephens!! It's always fun to watch those Travelers play! There are plenty of options for food, drinks, and easy access of seating. For the adults, they have the beer garden and seats which is also fun when you have a baby sitter, or on a date night! ;) We told them which seats we would like and they gave us almost exactly the seats requested! Awesome staff and always something fun going on. Very clean ball park too. The kids love running the bases after the game, a must do while in Little Rock, North Little Rock area.
Fun ballpark with all the atmosphere of a minor league team.... great for familiesfood could be a little better... but ok non the less....
Truly enjoyed our time spent watching the Travelers play. The park was clean, the help friendly, and I don't think there's a bad seat in the house. Our only complaint, the hot dogs were not up to our standards. The food concessions need to be upgraded. After all, why do we go to the ball game? Hot dogs of course!
