Overall the experience was fun and there was a lot for my daughter 19 months to do. The water in all the other areas except the kiddie area was cold. I was also disappointed they keep turning off the water features in the baby pool. I had to ask a few times of we could get them back on. The staff want very informed either. I asked when we walked in if there was a toddler area besides the big splash upstairs and the girl said no. Find out later there was a nice area. I wish there was more lockers and more room to eat. Every table was full and I had to wait to get into my locker since it was so crowded. The changing areas are absolutely terrible. Better wear you swim suit when you come. Also there is a lack of chairs and tables inside the pool area. My daughter however had a blast. I just wish it was warmer, cheaper and larger.

We drove over an hour to take my 8yo and her friend here and they changed their prices for two weeks. Nothing on the website that they're charging adults full price, even if they don't swim. Obviously we hadn't brought swimsuits for us and we're not going to drive home to get them! Of course, we could buy overpriced swimming suits in their overpriced gift shop. Way overpriced to begin with--no thank you!

It is a very nice indoor water park. I visited with my daughter and grandchildren (5 year old and 3 month old). There was plenty for the 5-year old to do, and the lazy river was very nice. I liked that there were no additional charges once you were inside (inner tubes, life jackets, all included). The wristbands served as currency for the snackbar, and they took debit/credit cards. Nice selection of food at the snackbar, too. I think that teenagers might get a little bored, but a very nice water park.
